Nolan N21 Visor Motorcycle Helmet Tear Down

This video is just a basic tear down of the Nolan N21 visor motorcycle helmet. Pulling out the inner visor, outer visor, head liner, and cheek pads. Then Reinstalling it all and showing exactly where clips and so forth are.

Thank you for posting this video. Can the N21 with clear visor be worn without the clear shield? Does the side cover pop back in place without the clear shield in place? The N21 Durango does not include a smoked visor and I cant find one in the market.

The N 21 visor helmet you see in the video has the capability to take the clear shield off and yes the plastic side covers can be popped back into place without the shield on.
The N21 Durango helmet comes with the dark VPS shield which retracts up into the helmet just like the N 21 visor helmet I did this video on. When you say smoked Visor, I believe you are talking about a lighter shade of darkness. If that is so, I believe you are correct in that, you will not find a smoked VPS shield for the N 21 Durango helmet.

how do you put intercom if that earpiece is connected to the all the way?

The wired speakers go in little pockets by the ears, and the boom mic slips in between the helmet shell and the head pad and comes out the front. It is Velcro on the side of the helmet inside to hold it in place.

No, I don’t believe it’s scratched proof. I don’t know of any lens that is scratch proof. But if you take highly good care of it it will last a long time
