After taking the DMV test , I noticed the questions were worded similar to the correct answer which makes it easy to pick the wrong answer ! The ones you show are simple and easy to pick obviously plus easy to determine . The question of how many feet should you parallel park from the curb. However , there was an answer in another so called A written test that said answer was 12 in.from curb .I saw in manual that it was 18 in.. Another tricky question was the evasion of officer & Manslaughter involved was a minimal jail time was 2-6 years & 4- 10 years as two choices . Thinking minimal I chose 2-6years making that wrong. Is this a driving test or a law test ? How does this make your driving ability better and proper driving skills? The book is quite thick & honestly hard to memorize especially when it requires knowing the penalties if this or that happens . .

Hello, great observation! In the US, this issue was studied starting in 2010 and new requirements were proposed as early as 2013 (I believe). Finally a requirement was partially adopted in 2019 to ensure that pedestrians can hear electric vehicles coming... the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration started to require some of these vehicles to emit sounds ranging from 43 to 64 decibels when they are moving at less than 18.6 mph... and as of 2020 (I believe) this is now a requirement for all electric and hybrid vehicles moving at less than 18.6 mph. More or less, the electric vehicles have to emit a sound level comparable to gas-powered cars up until 18.6 mph. Above 18.6 mph, the sounds of the electric car's tires on the road are loud enough to hear without the need of any additional sound emission.
Great question, and a tough one for many! It really depends on the situation. While you always WANT to move the right side of the road and stop when emergency vehicles are coming, it may not always be safe to do so. If it is not safe to move to the right, then just stay put where you are. If the emergency vehicle has to, they will direct you to move out of their way. Hope that helps!
Hi Liz, I failed twice and came across ur videos amd I cleared 3rd time. Out of 40 questions skipped 3 and only 1 was wrong.. almost 90% was from ur videos.. thank you so much. God bless

Doubt, if we r in the left turn lane when emergency vehicles pass we still stay in the left side right.
