Everything is pretty spot on. I would take off tsui wah for fluffy eggs. They’re not a breakfast chain i would recommend to anyone. And even though the pork buns are decent, any other dim sum place in hong kong will be on par if not better than tim ho wan.

Iam pretty sure I heard cocky beef brisket noodles.
I guess HK food is mainly sweet and nutritous. Then I wonder why many people in HK are still slim hay shaped o.O
