Not working in Cyberbacker but as a Recruitment Specialist my tip as an Interviewer is be honest when it comes to your professional background, also be careful and think about your answers thoroughly. It is important not to stammer but you can take your time to think but not too much, be specific and go straight to the point (no need to talk too much, BUT DO NOT BE SO QUIET), practice your communication skills everyday, non native accent is ok but watch your pronunciation, BE ATTENTIVE so that the interviewer wont repeat the questions
