When you said you’ve eaten condensed milk once or twice it kind of scrambled my mind, because i am from Brazil and we use this all the time in a really typical recipe called Brigadeiro and it is simply amazing. You should try it out

Chilies was in the original recipes for chocolate! It actually pairs nicely
Next time spray oil on your knife before cutting and they’ll cut easier.
Or warm the knife and leave the fudge to chill longer....not easy when your name is Cherry and you are that excited to try it!

My grandma makes fudge every Christmas. Hers is made with marshmallows and chocolate, mixed in a pot on the stove.
She uses the recipe on the back of a marshmallows jar. kraft brand i think.

I’d suggest cutting them again to make them smaller. And since you also don’t like spicy, next time just put a pinch of cayenne in with the cinnamon.
Or just make it vanilla fudge with food colouring ;)

I think it depends on the size of the kitchen for space - We have a fridge/freezer but some people have them seperate :)

My kitchen is stupid. To make it work I’ve ended up putting the freezer in the shed.
To give an idea, there is only one drawer in the whole kitchen.
