    I can sympathise with anyone who has been told it's all in their head. I had a brain bleed in 2010, and ever since I've had a constant headache,( it gets worse when I'm tired which is often)but my consultant initially refused to accept it was stroke related.
    He has now moved on and my new consultant after another MRI scan has told me I've had lots of mini strokes and the headache which incidentally is always in the same spot, is like getting a piece of gravel caught in a tyre. Every time the wheel turns the gravel hits the road. That's how she described my constant headache.
    Never try to do what others want, listen to your body, your body knows best others can advise but they are not inside your body.
    I wish you well brother.
    Peace.
    All the best
    Steve

    Only have cfs for a year and I’m trying everything. Diet Is the one thing I’m doing that’s helping follow the medical mediums approach has gotten me out of bed takes time but it’s worth it dunno how I’ll feel once I stop having a strict diet but I’m willing to keep going because I can actually go all day without needing multiple lie downs. Out of all the ways of eating the candida diet had been the best did it for 2 months and got rid of my chronic joint pain! Never give up you’re amazing!

      Thankyou. I'm sorry to hear you're battling through it too. Keep going, and be easy on yourself, as I think sometimes when we are so focused on trying to find a solution, it can create a sense of tension and stress which can make things a little worse. You will get there :) Warm regards

      I am so grateful for medical medium, even if I am not always able to follow it. Just increasing fruit, greens, and hydration can take a day from unbearable to decent.

      @@gro8874 yes that’s what I found as-well I added advanced trs (gets rid of heavy metals) and I kid you not this is day 4 and my fatigue and anxiety have pretty much completely gone found this out from an account on insta called @Chandashinesagain she talks a lot about what’s going on in the world atm and about emfs radiation which I didn’t think was impacted my health I highly recommend to turn off 5G in house and all electronics minimal use that’s when I saw a different and taking advanced trs, iodine, having shungite around electronics to reduce electro magnetic fields honestly sounds like BS at first but man for the first time in a year and a half I feel normal even better than Normal and I’m not even following MM atm wanna get back to it tho

    • @hannahm2430
      @hannahm2430 3 роки тому +1

      Recap- get rid of heavy metals with Advanced trs, learn about electro magnetic fields (EMFs) and take products like iodine, shilajit (yet to try but heard amazing things), magnesium bicarbonate in powder form, and place shungite rocks which aabsorb the radiation from electronics. Go follow Chandashinesagain. That’s where I got this amazing info they try and take down her page because she speaks facts about a lot of things that are happening atm rant over just so happy I found out I was sick because we are being poisoned 5G is not as safe as everyone thinks it is we are bio electrical beings so yes it effects us deeply

    I am your 151st subscriber, and I made this UA-cam account just now so that I could write this message to you. This is my first UA-cam message. I saw your video "Just how it is with M.E. | Bed-bound to standing" and I know what it's like, I feel so bad for you, your face said it all in that video - I know the pain and the frustration and the loss and the bewilderment and all the rest. I had this since 17 years old, then relapsed in 2015. I have learned a lot, when I could manage to think at all, and I would like to share notes, so to speak. Would you message my UA-cam channel? I have made my email available on there and would like to talk some more.
    Stay strong, you're not alone, and this isn't over.
