This Mother's Day, as a gift to my lovely wife, I wanted to make a video just for her, but she encouraged me to share it with you all. We've been enjoying #Bluey for a while, so when we found out there was a video game starring the Heelers, we knew I had to jump to the opportunity to cover this game. Does the #LudoStudio animated series translate well to game format?

I still wonder why interactive shows behave like video games because when I think of interactivity I think of controlling a character or selecting an item like a normal video game would do not to mention that interactive shows are for little kids and I grew out of those and stick to the more enjoyable shows that I can sit back and watch without being asked to do anything

The "it's for kids" excuse will never NOT bug me. You're saying they don't deserve stuff with effort and passion put into it. This game, while not passionless, is a buggy, broken, irreplayable mess and I wish more time was spent ironing out its shortcomings.

The sooner that BS excuse is dropped the better,cause the whole kids are dumb and will like it even it's crap thing is a stupid mindset.
"It's for kids" annoys me because it often is used as an excuse not present adult topics to kids that kids should be educated on and a show will present that information in a more engaging manner than a classroom ever will, especially as most parents seem incapable of teaching such topics themselves.

The reason why I think people say that is because kids will watch whatever movie/show or play whatever game, regardless of how bad it is. I mean, things like content farms, unfortunately, exist for a reason.

That last sin/rant of the video really struck a cord with me. While I'm not a parent, I do have siblings who are much younger than me. And seeing their experiences with entertainment has shown me just how much we take after them. And it sucks that there are so many shows, movies, and games that are just soulless attention grabbers. Bright colors, catchy songs, and shallow gameplay. It's why I'm so glad that my brothers got into Bluey, and it honestly got me into the show as well. It's a show that entertains, yes, but there's more to it. It teaches you valuable lessons, it makes you laugh, it handles mature subjects in an equally mature manner. There's just this love behind every inch of it. From the voice acting, to the animation, to the music. It's more than just something to keep your kid glued to their ipad.
I feel a responsibility to my brothers to make sure they grow up with the best experiences they can. And it's hard to do that when you're so far away from them now. But no matter what happens, I'll always know that they will have shows like Bluey to guide them. And one day I hope they find a channel that impacts them in the same way yours has affected me.

Oh my gods, Babbiii5 is such a cute running gag for this video, I couldn't help myself from giggling when I heard "what do you think babbiii" and all their little interjections and stuff like that! It was adorable and hilarious, and I hope this video was as fun to make as it was to watch~!

I love how he says that Kids deserve better games. Toy Story 2 was a game marketed to Kids and is a Great Collectathon Platformer. Same thing with Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom. Games can be made for young children and still be complexed and awesome to revisit.
I remember my Dad sitting down and was enamored by Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends cause there was an episode that refrences The Big Lebowski and another that makes a Blues Brothers Refrence
The Cars game on PS2 was the first video game I ever played. Revisited it (via UA-cam) a few months back and was surprised by how well it still holds up. Really, all a hypothetical remaster needs to do is add higher difficulty options for the people that played the game as kids and want to revisit it.

I remember that the Bluey video game came out on the exact same day as Super Mario RPG which was November 17th 2023 and there was a Bluey reference in Finding Nemo when one of the crabs called Dory Bluey when she and Nemo were asking said crabs where Marlin was

While I'm not a parent, I love Bluey!!! My friend introduced the show to me and honestly even as young adults a lot of the stuff covered hit very close to home. It's a comfort show for us both and I've cried during several episodes, especially "The Sign" and the one episode about drawing haha! It was so nice to be introduced to Babbiii5 and I the rest of your family Charriii!! This video was such a pleasant surprise as someone who loves this show so much and I completely agree with the final sin. I'm tired of people acting like something being "for kids" means it doesn't deserve quality and attention give to it. Especially for a show like Bluey which while intended for younger audiences can be enjoyed by people of all ages. I'm only 21 years old - technically an adult but my life has only really just begun, and Bluey speaks to me in many ways.

my first reaction to the baby sounds was "oh, Charriii must have practiced the baby voices for this to make it perfect for.....mothers day....." then when i heard both laughing at the same time things started to click sooo happy belated parenthood
I’ve seen it because my sister got fixated on it for a bit (she’s moved on to Genshin Impact) and I think it’s just a damn good show that happens to be aimed at kids, and I’m glad kids have something GOOD to watch and have fond memories of as I don’t outside a handful of exceptions.
i believe these same devs also made a My Little Pony game with... just about as little effort put into it as this one. similarly the only thing really good about the game is the voice acting. same repetitive quests, same confusing and inconsistent story, same lack of polish. it honestly baffles me that devs think they can get away with such little quality control just because its a game for kids. if anything, children's games need their own special type of care put into them so that they're easy to understand and fun to play. a kid the age this game is targeted to will just be confused about half the weird glitches and inconsistencies in this game, and the game's challenge level doesnt seem like enough to keep a child entertained while at the same time having things that children are never going to figure out without hints like that hidden leaf bug.

I may not be a father, but I'm uncle and I love that my niece and nephew love bluey! My nephew was shown the plumber and blue rat early in his life and has truly grown to love bigger games that have good quality. I might get this and play with him, but I know he prefers Spiderman 2 on PS5

I’m a young adult who isn’t a parent, but I watched a couple episodes of Bluey and enjoyed it. One episode in particular really struck me, where Bandit is pretending he was born yesterday and is able to appreciate a leaf in a new way. It makes me realize how much we take for granted the little things that could bring us so much joy if we just stopped to admire them.

I'm an active assistant scoutmaster and I've recently taken Woodbadge. I ran a stem event for the cub scouts and I was annoyed when some of the events I proposed was being struck down. Kids these days play competitive games like Warzone and Fortnite for fun. I managed to convince them that these events were age appropriate but it still annoyed me.

This was such a great video to watch and damn those last sins really made me think. The whole "this game is only for kids" excuse used to be something i agreed with but looking back at the games i was playing when i was as young as 3 years old like pokemon platinum, new super mario bros, super mario 64 ds really made me realise that kids at that age deserve those same quality of games. Even if the target audience is only really super young kids they still deserve the same quality as games made for all ages. Idk thats just my take
