classic DAD CAPS.
Love the cyberpunk look. Very Dark Age of Technology.
Did Steve put his 3d designs online somewhere?
What is a substitute for the blue using Calgary blue
It would be really cool to see you make a coffin ship carrying/display case for it. To my knowledge there is no official artwork showing them so you would really have a free hand creatively speaking.
The ending of an EPIC chapter of Midwinter Minis history!
You honored the commitment well sir, good on you.
Truly, completing such a gargantuan task will require rewards. Someone get Ahriman's wine!
It looks great! Now you need to organise a Midwinter Convention and invite all your patrons to take part in an Apocalypse game, either fighting alongside or against the Titan! 😁
Not a bad shout!
With this many people you could reenact battles of the fall of cadia or the siege of vraks when everyone comes as a guardsman. (Or as a traitor)
Would be happy to come as I live near Colchester.
@@MidwinterMinis any chance of seeing it at the colchester warhammer store? (This was sarcastic, I wouldn't expect that you'd wanna put it in there, though that would be awesome to see such an amazing """"mini"""" in my local store lol)

Those void shield generators actually took me aback, as impressive as the model is, the paintwork and banners are what truly make it incredible
The titan came out way way better than I could ever have imagined. Your creativity never ceases to amaze.
Your channel helped me get back in to warhammer 40K. Thank you so much for that, for all the entertainment so far and thanks in advance for whats yet to come.
-A proud member of the credits crew
I love how this Titan is not only a personal achievement, but a collaborative one. It's a monument to your painter friends and patrons, which is just as cool it gets :D
This warlord titan is what got me into warhammer for the first time. And now I've finished my first big model. A fully magnetized knight. It's really crazy how much things change
Out of curiosity, which knight? I'm thinking of getting one, but I want it to impressively big, and I struggle visualising how big it's going to be
Guy I'm not gonna lie, after following your channel since March 2020, I'm a bit emotional seeing the Titan completed! It seemed an utterly overwhelming task when you started, huge congratulations on getting it over the finish line! Thanks for all the hobby inspiration so far, and here's to much more in the future!
Exactly what I was going to say
Guy? What Guy? His name is now Man.
Guy this is incredible. Creators talk all the time about how thankful they are for their supporters, but I’ve never seen anyone go this hard proving that they really are. Props to you man it looks amazing
Its done… :(
Its sad to see this series end, but I’m glad it happened!
You all should be super proud, this whole project was a whirlwind slam dunk, and it was a joy to watch it happen unfold. Well done!
What a beautiful warlord! Your ability to give plastic and paint the appearance of having a long history of battle and experience, each little detail telling a story, is amazing!
Guy, that slowly backward dollying shot of you and the Titan sitting in an isolated space was perhaps the coolest shot you've made. It's so dramatic and yet intimate. Years of work love and dedication had brought you to this point. The lighting is so low key and has just enough of you and the workspace illuminated to create a fantastic shot.
the Midwinter titan is beautiful almost beyond words
I’m sure this was bittersweet for lots of reasons, but I am so happy to see it complete.
Now to finish the Gorkamorka set, and 2nd edition set, and Necromunda, and…
It's very emotional for me when you first bought the Titan I was still in high school, and now I can't believe its finished. Awesome work Guy keep doing what your doing
You didn't touch on it in the video, but the Titan has also covered a period of huge personal change in your life as well Guy. There's something momentous, and bittersweet, about the turning of the pages, the ending of a chapter. I feel like the Titan has represented that. Congrats on the journey, and the roads to come.
Incredible Result! Stunning work. Everyone who watches MWM has been through so much while the titan was being made, it's kinda moving to see it finished, and looking so flawless.
Woohooo! It is done!
i will never ever own something like this (not that i would actually want to put myself through the whole ordeal of making it a reality), but being able to follow this so closely step by step is almost as good - must feel nice to have this thing decorating your hobby room/the studio, thanks for this journey
Guy this is not only an achievement to your channel, but also a community one. It shows that even with people you don't know will come together and support what they believe in.
Congratulations Guy and to all.
My brother told me about your channel after basically forcing me into warhammer, and since then I've completed a 1000+ Grey Knight army, and like 1/4th of the Dominion box-set. My point is you were THE channel that got me into warhammer, your advice was solid, your jokes landed more often that I expected, and your content is some of the most genuine on the platform. Congratulations on this monumental achievement, and thank you for giving me the gift of my most interesting hobby
I remember Guy getting me into Warhammer, when he was just painting a Chaos army. And now he has built an entire walking skyscraper of death. Time flies.
The Titan looks AMAZING. Battleworn and glowing with power. Honestly, it looks ready to walk off on its own.
So glad we could be apart of this adventure with you all! Looking forward to the future 😊

AAAAHVADAAAAVOKADOOO
can remember distinctly when that first video popped up- it's what first really ignited my interest in 40k and miniature painting; feel oddly emotional seeing you finish it and think back how far I've come in my own life over the last two years
I found this channel right as I was getting into Warhammer 40k. After seeing how easy it was to pick up some scrap parts and bits, I could easily make my own Ork units. The Great Gargant (in all of its sneakiness) build video was probably the first I’ve heard of the Titan, and its awesome to finally see it in all of its glory! Congrats Midwinter Minis, y’all just made my day :)
This was so fun to watch and so sad to see end.
I heard "let me tell you about this video's sponser, in Cockney", and I was gutted by the subsequent lack of accent...
Absolutely astonishing.
MVP: Steve burning the midnight oil for the banner rails.
Those two huge back banners really bring the model to life in a way I haven’t really seen from other Warlords before. Going for the Epic inspiration was a great choice!
looks amazing, what an achievement. Congratulations on everything you have built not just this model but the channel and community. Well done! Whats next? :D
A “thumbs up” doesn’t pay the respect deserved by Midwinter Minis. An awesome job on the Titan and a perfect way to pay tribute and thank your Patreon Patrons.
13:00 I glanced at the screen at this point and could stifle an appreciative, "Whoooooa!"
This got me emotional that’s so odd but amazing
Me too :(
Wow! What a finish to an amazing project! I can't wait to see the Titan in action! Hats off to Steve for his incredible 3D printing work.
After only finding this channel about 6 months ago, I have to say I have absolutely loved sitting down and catching up on every single video made. A fantastic channel. You find yourself a newly converted hobbyist. Thx Guy
There have been many content creators doing X,Y & Z with expensive FW models (notably titans) lately but I must say yours looks the best and has been a most enjoyable journey.
Absolutely magnificent job. Fair play to everyone involved with building 'the big fella'. A truly fantastic bit of work, all set to stomp the Emperors enemies into squishy bits. Bravo!!!
I’ve just got back into Warhammer after 15 years and the advancement in this Gameworld from Warhammer World in Nottingham’s where I’m from, to all of you guys on UA-cam.
WOW.
What a journey this has been. Two years of progress on the Midwinter Titan, the end of an era. Not gonna lie, it's kind of made me want to try this myself. Maybe one day when the money is right.
Man, I thought you'd kind of spoiled the video by showing the complete titan at the beginning but watching how insanely effective all those finishing touches were totally proved me wrong. What a journey, mate. I've loved this series.
I can't believe you did this, you're absolutely amazing, would love to see this thing in a game of Titanicus
Looks amazing. Seeing my name on that is a huge honor. Thanks for all the time and effort.
You are one of the main reasons I got into 40K and began collecting orks, and this is a titanic achievement for this channel.
what an amazing piece of art, and a fantastic journey. just astounding really how much work goes into creating something of this caliber, well done to all of you involved.
8:00 it is amazing how small the Warlord looks when it is on the desk and yet in other shots it looks like it's 4 feet tall.
Incredible how good the banners look
Absolute Masterpiece!
2 years is a very long time to spend on one model, even a titan, but evidently it was time well spent!
I remember seeing the first episode come out around or in COVD (had a crash concussion so time is fuzzy from then), its what cemented my entry into the hobby after toying with it years ago as a child. EVen through GW's controversies channels like yours, squidmar, table top time and more my love for the setting and the creative potential was grown. I still cant believe its been nigh 3 years since it started
Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic job from beginning to end. So glad to have been able to follow along with you for the last 2 years. Can't wait to see what you've got planned next!
Amazing work. Congratulations on this mega project! Nice to the see the Patreon supporters represented as well.
I'm really amazed at how epic this turned out! Got one of those titan videos in my recommendations some months ago and am now hooked to Minis and 40k lore thanks to you! Thank you for all the hard work and sharing the experience!
I had stopped following the series for a little bit after the 12th video, but I'm glad I found it again just a few days after completion. The final paintjob is gorgeous, with the subtle glow effects (and a few less subtle ones) popping out and instantly catching the eye. Congrats on completing it, and I hope that your other minis look as good as or better than this with half the effort required.
You know, I was having a really bad day at work, and I came home, got on my phone, saw the Patreon notification, and my day was instantly made better. Thank you Guy, I love your videos. This model is gorgeous.
This was something I was hoping would not fall to the wayside. Ever since I found your channel with your sandstone necron tutorial, I have always wondered what your skill would pull off on this beastie. Given the time and struggle of wanting to pull so much off, I am so glad you had a team to finish this off. This looks astonishingly haunting and I love it. You all deserve the praise. Well done. I think it only fitting that this beautiful, pristinely kept Titan should run a foul of some Big Mek'z eye. TWO ORK ARMYZ TA FAUGHT DA TITAN!!! WAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!
Absolutely incredible to see it all finished. I applaud the effort that went into this, truly a heroic undertaking!
Dude that model is plain awesome! Glad to see it finally finished and in the channels colors as well. Great job and can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings. Happy Hobbying!
The Titan videos have been a great watch and it was already looking great... but these last details have made it look so much more fantastic! Amazing stuff!
Man, I feel like being here for the whole process has been cathartic in a way. Thanks for letting us accompany you in this wild ride. The series was EPIC.
And the Titan looks sick with all the banners. Amazing job, you guys
What an Incredible piece! Loved watching its creation from start to finish.
It's so simple and beautifully executed. Elegant is the word that comes to mind. Other creators could learn from this; less is more. You took a common theme and really made it your own. The additions are doable for most hobbyist with some passion. They could reasonably be able to spice up a rare and glorious miniature project like this. Love it man please keep up the awesome work.
Looks great. Your pen holding style is how i hold my pen as a Leftie to avoid smudging my work. Never seen a Rightie write like that.
Found your channel almost a year ago now, and your vids really helped out when I went flying head first into various mini ideas. My main Tyranid army is inspired a load by your sandstone necrons, and diy basing textures.
Anyways, it's awesome seeing this titan finished. Y'all did an utterly awesome job on it! I look forward to possibly seeing how it fairs in battle.
That is AMAZING!!! Hats off to everyone. Hatty with some clutch work all around and Steven with some next level OSL in this video and we can't discount Guy himself with this insane task of hand writing all those names! INCREDIBLE!!
even though i wasnt here during the beggining,i can tell that this was quite the journey. Well done lad,and may that titan protect all models before and after it.
It's incredible Guy. I'm so glad to see you come as far as you have, you are by far my favorite miniature painting/tabletop wargaming content creator by far.
Damn, just like in lore, witnessing it is just kind of stunning. Obviously, here it's because it took such a long time and in-universe because, well, it's a walking skyscraper robot with guns, but the sentiment is similar. The satisfaction I feel from seeing it done is probably only a fraction of that of actually completing the damn thing, so bravo to everyone who contributed to it.
At first when I was seeing the banners all laid out on the table I was skeptical that you were about to cover up most of your model with banners and distract from the amazing paint job, but HOLY CRAP that really put the sheer size of this ABSOLUTE UNIT of a model into perspective. I'm impressed with how well it all turned out.
My only criticism is that transporting that to anywhere you decide to play it is going to be a nightmare if you've glued in the top flags. I would not envy you or whomever is holding it in the car ride over. That's two whole years of work and a ton of fragile paper sheets hanging off of it. Hopefully you gave it a nice coating of matte varnish or polyurethane to seal in the paint and provide some durability/rigidity to the banners.
Congratulations Guy on getting this project done, it's really been a fun ride watching it come together little by little over these last couple of years.
Also, I don't think I'm alone here in saying that i am very much looking foward to the next phase of the start collecting deathmatch tournament, hopefully that's coming back soon too? Maybe once that tournament has a winner...then the final boss emerges....and you have all of the start collecting armies take on the titan in this ridiculous ultra battle to determine the undisputed champion, assuming it would add up to about 6k points a side hopefully lol.
Here's to many more titans coming your way! Cheers!
I came across this channel wen this project first started and I saw every video of this monstrosity from start to finish, and I will say this has been one (if i say "hell" here, would I be purged by the imperium of man?) of a journey, and I will say, this is truly something to behold. From the countless hours of trimming, sanding, washing, assembling, and painting each piece, the end result is something the Emperor himself would be proud to witness, and adding all the supporter names and the work done on the banners, not only help tie everything together, but makes it a bit personal to everybody that helped make this a reality. So, thanks to everybody that worked on this and supported Guy. You all have done an incredible job.
It amazes me the how fantastic this thing looks, it dwarfs probably every plastic model period and yours is something special, the fantastic paint job and the cool edition of the banners, I’ve followed this beast for 2 years and enjoyed watching it take shape
This is beyond several steps up from what the model was before, and it was great already. Nice to see the amount of people who helped out with this model to bring it all together, it has so much character behind it. amazing work and I'm glad i was able to see the growth of this project.
I remember coming to the channel because of the 1st titan video so it's pretty cool to see it finally finished in such an amazing colour scheme, it looks so cool. I love the glow on the eye and pose. makes it look like it's literally insane with rage at the emperor's enemies! Great work!!!
I genuinely teared up when you showed the finished product. I got into the hobby shortly after you started this series, and have grown as a painter as I watched this massive project unfold.
Congrats on all your success. You deserve it as much as anyone else in the genre.
Cheers from the States!
The finishing touches made it look amazing. Great video series, thank you for your hard work and inspiration for the whole community.
Ah man two years has flown by.
God I still remember subbing to you when I started mini painting in February 2020 for your Blackstone Fortress Speed Painting series, then subbing to the Patreon when you started making it your full time job and sadly stopped subbing due to finances after the Titan was purchased and I did the math to ease to my guilt that you would still be taken care of monetarily lol.
Congrats you guys it's been a hell of a journey and I can't wait to see what's coming up in the future!
An absolute joy to be included here, but the real special part is how you brought it all together and did such a fantastic job on the paints. You should all be so proud. Great work Guy.
The glowy bits look like they actually have light emitting from them that is amazing
Awesome series and you all did a fantastic job with it in the end, you got so much texture in there, really makes it interesting to get up close.
It’s just brilliant. The effort you put into handwriting all those supporters is quite touching and thoughtful. Beautiful work on the whole project. Well done
Absolutly stunning work ^^ 2 years of work and love have paid off tenfold with this fantastic Titan. i've learned a lot from you guys, but seeing what you guys can really do is such a treat.
An absolutely stunning job Guy, Hattie and Steve plus all the others that helped along the way! Those banners just add a fantastic flair to the whole model! Congratulations.
I've been here before the titan, and during the titan. I can't wait to see what comes after the titan hopefully far into the future. Keep up the amazing work!
Flags, banners and purity seals really gave it the awesome final touch. Well done!
Great job by the team! It’s been an epic journey, now you just need to paint a Tau manta to have the most expensive and the biggest Forgeworld kits under your belt.
Absolutely epic! I can't believe this is completed. Amazing work, so much has changed and moved forward with mid winter minis in just 2 years.
Well done Guy! Been following this journey from the beginning, and this is phenomenal to say the least! 🎉
This has been so inspiring to follow, and the end result is absolutely incredible . Everyone involved should be rightly proud of this entire project. Thank you Team Midwinter for doing what you do 👏
Beautiful. Simply not so simple, painstakingly beautiful. It looks like it's even lit up. Never seen such detail before. Best Titan I've seen. Congrats.
only started watching your channel a couple of months ago because im new to the hobby and your videos have both helped and entertained me and its both sad and happy to see a series i caught up on end, and the titan looks absolutely incredible well done.
I mean it when I say, this is the best looking model I've ever seen. This seriously looks AMAZING.
While I've only started following this fantastic journey for about half a year, the work done on this is truly incredible and should be inspiration for all. Don't stop doing what you do
It is beyond impressive.
You do Collegia Titanica proud, and the Omnissiah by extension.
I might have started following the project late, but it has truly been something to see develop into this magnificent machine of war.
Love the videos! Inspired me to print my own warlord (took a LONG time) and your videos helped me immensely with assembling and painting it. I put it against my Imperial Knights and Custodes armies and it absolutely stomped. Ultimately lost but was against a 8500 point army, so not bad, and only 4 custodes infantry survived the explosion! So I can whole heartedly recommend throwing it against Imperial Knights.
Epic closing to an epic saga! Looking forward to next giga project like this! Great job!
my gosh, the final result was truly worth the wait! all the little touchups done on the last day really sealed the deal on this, adding those much-needed highlights, and the banners are just glorious!
There are no words that can convey the sheer and utter bad assness of this thing properly
Two years, but every minutes was worth it.
Amazing job and entertainment!
