4 Practical tips to wake up early in the morning

- Waking up early in winters seems like an impossible task for most of us and despite knowing that it is crucial for us to wake up early, which is a time very important to be utilized for many important things such as exercise, day planning or simply for active & healthy lifestyle however we still fail to get out of bed early.
Waking up early not only has health benefits but it gives you an edge over your competitors, while they are sleeping you are doing something to get better. All successful people who have become the eyes of the world are early risers.
I have also been victim of not being able to wake up in the morning especially in winters, but I got really fed up of waking up late and literally hated the feeling of over-sleeping. Then I decided to research and cultivated the habit of waking up early.
In this video I have shared the steps that have worked wonders for me and now I don't even need an alarm clock to wake up early, which is why I am sharing these steps with all of you on this great platform called "you tube".
My purpose is to spread the message to everyone out there and even if one person found it relevant and benefited from it then that is going to be fulfilling for me.

I put my alarm clock across my room, and legos next to my bed. When i hear my alarm, I wake up and accidently step on the legos. The pain gets me awake.

All u need is just A REASON to jump from bed early in the morning...that's all.
It has become my habit to wakeup early since I have started going to school..
No alarm clock is required to wake up just body clock works fine almost everyday.

Something that I have done lately is install automatic blinds in my bedroom. I set it up so that at 5AM every morning the blinds open and my bedroom light starts goes from dim to 75% over 15 minutes. These are two things that have worked for me to wake up early every morning and not feel so tired.

yes, when you wake up and its light you feel much much much better than waking up in a dark room and then making it light up.
Won't help much in the winter when the sun isn't up til 0730 ;-)

and also, make sure you wear fleece pajamas (the one with buttons on it) and make sure you belt your robe extra tight in the morning, it supposed to help with the air flow. Oh and btw, Id love to be emperor and rule by your side:)

I always set my alarms (yes,multiple alarms) for 7 AM even though I cant bring myself to go to bed any earlier then 3 am. Even with all the alarms set, I always wake up at noon without knowing why and its horrible

as a eggplant it is very hard to wake up early unlike you humans i cant set an alarm clock nor can i move at all

Thanks for making this video. In weekend, I felt very lazy to get up of my bed and I spent my weekend just holding my phone... I don't have any plans to do on that day. I feel bored when my parents ask me to do the chores, I wasted my times with something useless.. and sometimes, I just watched someone success and I dreamed to be like them and now I realized, "How could I be like them when myself still regretting my own life?" And I was bad at organize my weekdays and weekend schedule and planning.. that's why I wanna thank you very very much cause now I know how to make my life better than before. Thank you 😢

i am getting eczeme of sleeping with socks on because my feet don't get fresh air with socks on.. the doctor telled me this,and since I ain't sleep with socks on I don't get eczeme and before I did

Waking up early is not a problem for us we Muslims! Because Our religion urges us to wake up at dawn every day to pray dawn prayer and order us to organize our lives . ALLAH has put the universe in a constant way of order that everyone must follow, and if human beings break these customs, they will be late for everything, and they will be lazy, and they will not advance in their lives and will not succeed! Like those who stay up all night and sleep all day! Islam addressed this point as Islam is the religion of activity, work and progress💜

Even better than an alarm clock on the other side of the room is a QR code on the other side of the house... or down the road!! An app called Alarmy Pro has some great ways to turn off the alarm, scanning a QR code is one of them.
Another idea I heard is to schedule an social network update to pay $1 to everyone who retweets your “I overslept” update. To avoid paying out, you have to delete the scheduled update before publishing, just be honest with yourself and do after you have slept!

Thank you. No one size fits all. Caution about sleeping in warm clothes. Some need to get colder to induce natural sleep cycles and alleviate tactile of clothing.

TIP: if u dnt wanna wear hot clothing you can set a warm sweater and sweats aside your bed for the morning to put on when you wake up
I was thinking about step 2 from many days. But after watching this, I am definitely gonna try it. I Hope it will work.
number 4 was a BIG ONE for me, I tried going cold turkey from 7:30am to 4:45, lol, needless to say it didn't go well, so yea, I'm already at 7am so now I'm gonna try for 6:30 and go from there

Sleep with warm clothes is definitely NOT a good idea. When we got tired our body needs completely relax and get recharged. If you wear warm clothes it will prevent normal sweat and blood flow, therefore it will directly effect your sleep. How can you be productive if can't get good sleep? ( Regardless of how many hours you sleep).
Also, imagine you sleep in a room with warm heat on, it will feel terrible and it will cause other type of disease. I remember my doctor used to suggest me to wear less clothes possible when I sleep, it feels really comfortable and you feel great the second day.
The purpose of sleep is to let every part of body get relaxed then you will have more energy to work and do things that are productive, simple as that. I don't understand why so many people treat sleep like a luxury, it is essential. So never ever feel guilty to sleep more. Just sleep.

I understand what you said. I can't even can't enough sleep myself due to hectic work schedule, but that literally get me sick... it's not worth it if you can' t have a good health. And yeah, if there is no heat in the room during the winter, maybe people need to wear clothes to sleep.

Well, I think the point is not to wake up in a winter day feeling cold and unable to leave the bed. This shouldn't be a problem in summer, unless you set the AC to be way to cold that the bed is warmer than the room haha

You know, I've been beating my head against the wall trying to force my body to wake up early. That has never ever been natural in my entire life. I just got done reading a quote about how "it's not so much about what time of day you wake up, but what you do with your time during those hours of being up" Are you more productive as a night owl or as a early bird? Just because you adopted a new routine doesn't guarantee success in a healthy lifestyle. I can wake up early and sit in front of the TV for hours doing nothing productive with my time. But, I can wake up late...meditate, shower, eat breakfast..and actually be hungry...study, write, and exercise before I have to go to work. Like everything else in life, this will not work for everyone. Just something to think about.

Have a routine for the moment you wake up-do isometrics while lying there.
