@@rideroftheforce5245 yeah i watch two videos because I couldn’t shift down after a low speed low side. I’m mechanically inclined so i after I realize what the damage part looked like I knew right away all I had to do was open the one side took me ten minutes, also you can use the adjuster for the brake lever and adjust the lever up or down for clearance you don’t have to remove it.
@@Mark_conor I had to replace the shaft on a cbr250 but couldn't find any videos on it. I just got around to replacing it today and was fortunately able to get clearance for it around the clutch plates. And sure enough a little tab of the shifter shaft was nearly sheared off because I had a crash too
Dude that was awesome, I would certainly have lost track and given up after the first 10mts!!
Did you pull off the clutch to remove the shifter?
Which cover should I take off to investigate gears teeth? My gears go out under the load
Did you check the clutch plates? Hopefully you fixed it by now
hey, its there a certain way to put it back in? timing o gear???????????
Not sure what you mean by timing of gear. If you meant the gear shifter, you can play with it per your comfort level.
Good job, I will do this, thks
Pretty sure you opened the wrong side but I get it you don’t have a manual
that's funny, the newest comment on this video is nearly a year old then two of us happen to watch the video within 3 hours
