Yes, even I've seen teachers telling to take the chakkar on the heel. I personally find it difficult doing it on the heel though. I prefer the way ma'am has done; the balance of the body and manageability works better this way.

Any tip to stop dizziness when taking chakkars?
Yes please tell

Start with 5 steps spin then 3 steps then try 1 step spin..
stop looking every corner or down just look at yourr front centre and take spin
