My older brother took me here back in the 70,s when i was 10 walking from manor park, bought me a Claret & Blue striped scarf from the shop for a £1 getting up on his shoulders in old Southbank, he passed away 2 weeks ago so all the memories are flooding back, he also took me Chelsea away that day il never forget, great to see the old WEST SIDE at the end, so good i took the name but only for the certified insane 😉RIP BROTHER X ⚒
Oh my word!......how I loved Boleyn, went to the old girl for the first time in the mid sixtys.....I, like many hoped that the move to the Olympic Stadium would be the move that takes West Ham to the next level, however it's not going well to say the least......WE NEED OUR OWN GROUND!.....it would be nice to see before "I fade and die".....COYI
Christ i came hear to see you take the piss out of the WHU UA-camrs, not have my heart broken all over again. As a kid, my Old Man and I used to stand in the South Bank and the West Stand and occasionally the Chicken Run. That ground was our Church. He died in November, feels like the club has died too. Thanks for the very tearful memories :)
yea it's like the old family home but for thousands upon thousands . And mum and dad pass on and some selfish member of the family wants to sell the house for immediate gratification not realising there's more to the family house than just money . SACRED MEMORIES . FOR SO MANY. SAD . INIT?!

Try explaining to the grandkids someday that under the block of flats was a proper football club once.
Will never forgive Gold & Sullivan.
Boleyn Boy I can’t believe what they have done to our club...😥
Boleyn Boy they could have ruined any club’s history, but it had to be ours. It had to be us...😥
Our history really has “faded and died.” Hopefully there are some fortunes hiding in the future for West Ham... COYI
