Can I just say that I’m so pleased that you’re interested in and pursuing goldfish for your tanks! I really love their look and they can be a very entertaining species to keep. Yet, it seems hardly any UA-camrs like or keep them. Keep on keepin’ on! Going to donate to your patreon, would love to see more Goldie content

Judging by the behaviour of your goldfish the white one is probably a male and the orange one is most likely a female

The tank looks fantastic! And the ranchus are like cute chubby hamsters.

Me thinking back to when I asked my nan if I could get a 20L (5gal) for a betta. She said “why don’t you just get a goldfish bowl like every other first fish owner?”

I enjoy many of your projects, but this is the first one I'm genuinely jealous of. Love the fish and the aquarium. Hope you keep us updated on this one.

I have two giant goldfish and I am wondering what the floor of your tank looks like when it is dirty? I am thinking about rehabbing their tank. How is it without substrate?

If you want to get rid of the flies, get some clouded archers or something along those lines.

Never been a fan of bare bottom tanks but this one is beautiful. You’ve changed my mind. And, of course, with goldfish it makes a lot of sense.

THE BEST goldfish scape I’ve ever seen...practical,yet natural...with no substrate,it’s the best of both worlds...all your tanks look great...you have the ability to create aesthetically pleasing, natural scenes in your aquariums...it’s excellent, tank after tank..!!!

Ranchus are usually kept in such terrible conditions because people treat them like they're not worth bothering for. They look so much more beautiful in a planted tank, thank you for sharing!

Aw, you don't understand how happy I am to see this video!! And thanks for adding the Duckweed!! Goldfish love snacking on it, so if you have an endless supply and you need to get rid of some, put it in the Goldie tank, and they'll love it as a nice, healthy snack!

They're so cute! I'd keep goldfish, if I didn't already have dreams of a huge community tank. Guess I'll live vicariously through others. Thanks for posting. 😊

This is my favourite set up of yours. You've done a great job at making the fish the focus. However, the actual aquascape is stunning, beautiful, and soooo natural. I love it.
