That looks like something my daughter would have danced in back in the 1970's. She had a lined, black lace dress when she was at the University. The skirt looked like it was made out of many black lace scarves. I don't know if she still has that dress (she will be 53 years old in a few days); but, it looked beautiful on her. Thank you for showing me how that skirt was made.
