one of my cali kings is definitely a biter! we always have to wear gloves when handling. and our other cali king is also named domino! he's an aberrant stripe, super duper calm once we pick him up

Nice to know. There's always a few in the bunch that are nippy with the kings. Cornsnakes on the other hand mostly are laid back but I still love the kings too

My Cali kings thought EVERYTHING was food😂(OK all but one)… once they figured out no food was coming they calmed down, but they were ever hopeful and tried to take a “taste”. Right on about corn snakes; mine only bit once or twice as a baby because he was scared.
