9:50 - work truck, with huge flashing yellow arrow, giant orange warning sign, gargantuan yellow striped bumper, pulled out in front of you about a half mile ahead of you and "could have caused a serious accident"? Maybe if you were Helen Keller, any reasonable driver would easily avoid any danger there lol
This is why I came to the comment section, knew I wasn't the only one who immediately thought this truck was just doing its job
The darn obstacle even has instructions written on it.
Holy crap! #11 was a hard hit. Hope the poor guy is recovering OK
Why did the seat fail so spectacularly though?
@@FoundPonds Because it's probably a Chevy or some GM product. LOL Can't trust anything on those not to break so badly.
Yeah that was a rough one
That seat was defective.
he died, really sad ua-cam.com/video/xfr64zoBTAQ/v-deo.html
I feel for the guy who was rear ended, the exact same thing happened to me back in '14. I was rear ended by a 19-year-old kid texting while driving doing 65 when he hit me while I was stopped in traffic. I shattered 6 vertebrae, broke 8 ribs, ruptured my spleen and had a badly bruised kidney. He basic liability which in Arizona is only 5,000/15,000.
I can't even imagine! In the video 5:13 above, that didn't look like more than 45 mph and it was a smaller car, can't image a 65mph impact! Seat belts/air bags don't really do much for a rear end impact.
Those coverage sums are a joke. In germany minimum coverage for physical injury is 7.5 million Euro and something like 1.2 million Euro for property damages.
@@catman64k Can't even imagine how expensive insurance is there! Granted, I'm sure there are far less bad drivers! USA needs a tiered driver system like some of Europe does.
On another channel he elaborated that he was more than $600k in debt and all the commenters were of the opinion that he should sue.
@GeorgieB1965 I had the same option given all my medical bills were nearly 250k, but unfortunately, the insurance is what it is. My attorney told me I could file a civil suit, but the responsible party would just file for bankruptcy to remove the liability.
I recommend EVERYONE buy a dashcam to protect yourself. I rode with a friend to the bank, I stayed in the car, few minutes later the driver of the car parked in front of us returns, backs up into the car, smashes the front end of the car, then drives off. If the dash cam wasn’t running she would have taken off with no proof.
I got a dashcam because of this channel and have been driving more defensively now that everything I do is on camera. My wife makes fun of my comments here, but it is just my way of taking care of my ego while trying to be a safer driver.
@@tanukigo8127 Being aware of your ego and keeping it in check is good, driving defensively is also good. Once in a while someone does something so stupid on the road that I just wanna smash their car, but keeping your cool is much smarter.

#2 seems like it may have been a domestic issue. Disgusting behavior regardless.
I hope so. If not that other driver missed the opportunity to reverse out of there the moment he boxed her in and why was the passenger window not closed tightly?
Looks like he was reaching into the front seat to grab something before tossing it back. So it looks like some kind of pre-existing thing was going on there.

5:47 actually looks like the truck cut their turn too tight. It looks like there’s still remnants of one of the guiding dashes for the turn and the truck was over it. Subaru could have turned sooner to give the truck room sure but both share some fault.
That's looks like 70% on the truck and 30% on the car.
yeah, I was gonna say they both approached the turn poorly. The Subaru should have cut their turn sharper and the truck definitely cut too sharp. The lines are faded, but poor awareness on both of them
Why do say that? It's clear that the Subbie driver hasn't even started to turn - even after they're passed the median? Classic situational unawareness as they didn't pay attention to the dual left turn and - like we've seen all too often in these situations, just assumed it was a single left turn and started to take it wide.
Nope, it's two lanes in one direction they are turning into. Subaru definitely turned too wide.
The trucks turned so early that their back tires (not the extension) went over the solid line. I do agree that the Subaru may have gone wide as well, but I also saw what looks like a lane marker and the truck was well to the left of that and the Subaru was well inside it.
6:25 the funny part about that is teslas come factory with a back up camera and sensors. So how do you not see someone behind you?
My first thought exactly. Came here to say just that lmaooo.
Some people really just don't pay attention it's astonishing.
I had to watch 11 a few times. This is a prime example of when people should sue the crap out of someone.
Always get an uninsured / under-insured rider on your policy. Doesn't cost much, but it's worth it.
24.2 Hum let me see, 25 MPH zone, cammer doing 50 MPH. If cammer respects the speed limit there's plenty of time for the truck to clear the road.
His first clip 24.1 was dumb too. The nerve of that other driver to yield at a yield sign. Cammer must be bored.
Was just going to say this. That guy must be fun to be around.
I'm from Indiana, but was in Jersey earlier this year and driving on one of those highways with all of those entrance lanes, I was trying to get over to exit and someone was entering so I slowed down to give them space to merge between me and thr car in front since they were ahead of me slightly.
It perplexed them since apparently the majority of drivers don't allow people to merge easily so I had to hit the gas to get passed them to turn get in front of them.😅
#27. There was an arrow, dude. You could have know that you had to move.....
I find it funny that the last guy can't figure out what to do when seeing a big flashing sign saying get to the right lane.
But it cost him several precious seconds!!! Have you no sympathy!?
#7 "It's OK it's a BMW"
5:36 #12 I can only go by how it appears in the video but I gotta disagree with the comment. The Subaru did not drift into the other vehicle. It appears he made a normal turn. The truck being a much longer vehicle, should have made a wider turn.
Yeap that semi was defiantly over the dashed line
Totally

0:56, this is why cars should be REQUIRED to have front plates.
If that was me... foot to the floor. No way you would walk away from something like that

School is obviously letting out (hence the kids everywhere, and the school bus in sight), but the driver seems to be going faster than 20mph, and, in Washington, every intersection is considered a crosswalk (marked or not - look it up), so in my opinion, he's being reckless in a school zone and, as a result, almost hit a child.

I'm willing to bet since it was on a curve the driver of the truck didn't see the car until it had started to move and figured since there should have been plenty of time to slow down that there was no reason to be alarmed.

4. I am a runner and I drive for a living so I can see both sides here.
The runner should have ran behind the turning vehicle. NEVER assume drivers see you coming.
The driver needs to look both ways before making that to turn. The assumption of most drivers is you only have to look to the side where traffic is approaching. That is wrong. No matter what direction you are going, constantly glance both ways to avoid these situations. Many runners have tunnel vision and just assume drivers see them. As a driver you want to prove them right.
Both parties should learn from this.
Yes, I learned the "look both ways" lesson when, as I was making a right turn out of a parking lot, I almost nailed an approaching bicyclist on the shoulder who was riding against traffic. So that gives the Lexus the right to attack the cammer with their car? Throw things and harass the cammer? Lexus driver would be in the ICU if he tried that with me.... 😂😂😂😂
He shouldn't have to go around. It's on the other guy to behave himself.
He could have, but I just wondered why you'd follow someone so close after they've already demonstrated how psycho they are. So yeah, either go around or at least back way off. Continuing to tailgate, I mean, I guess you could say he's doing it to provide a fun video for us all, but beyond that, I just don't know.
right wing wack job
I love some Us states car insurance laws.
Replace Tesla bumper = $9950
Ambulance and ER visit = $40,000
Yeah......10k minimum coverage will be fine.
Congrats on not understanding anything.
#2. and that’s how you get shot in a stand your ground state. bro is lucky he isn’t in florida.
NC has similarly permissive firearms rules.
Same in MI
Lucky he not here in Philly!!!!
Same in Alabama
Double tap or mag dump?
#16. The motorcycle rider probably flipped off a Mennonite.
Accelerator make car go vroooom, brakes make car go screeeech! 😂 ❤
This made me chuckle! haha
I have a horn, why do I need to use my brakes?
And the Truck makes cargo room.
24.1, the car stopped at a yield sign due to other traffic having the right of way, unless I’m missing something.
The only thing I see is that merging traffic had a dedicated lane so the cammer may be upset that the vehicle in front of him stopped without really needing to but that would be a really petty thing to get upset about.
@@TheQuantumWave If you watch it again there is no dedicated lane. The submitter just doesn't understand what a YIELD sign means. I had a lady who came from up North almost cause an accident with me when I was exiting a highway here in Dallas. She saw the YIELD and told me it meant that the cars exiting the highway had to yield to HER.
I know that spot. It's a bit confusing. As you are getting on that road, you have a yield sign, but your lane continues. The yield sign doesn't make much sense. But roads around that entire area are a confusing mess
Yeah, I can't figure out 24.1 at all.
@@smgibb The third lane doesn't continue for long. It goes back to two lanes on southbound 73 at Fellowship Road, which is not even a quarter mile (about 1000 feet) past this junction. The yield is to prevent backups on 73 when people exiting I-295 want to get onto the Turnpike and congest the right lane, or having southbound 73 vehicles merge on top of them.
#6: Your car's safety system kept beeping at YOU for following too closely. Gee, I wonder why the other guy was pissed off... Oh, wait. No, I don't. EDIT: I rewatched on a larger monitor. The cammer's in the right.
Interesting assessment. Seemed to me the beeps coincided with the guy in front brake checking.
@@wolverine423 I couldn't be sure if he was brake checking or just slowing for traffic. Regardless, the car following is responsible for maintaining a safe distance. Maybe EVERYONE is the a-hole!
@@colormedubious4747I wanna ask because a lot of people are talking about this one. Do you see that the Lexus is going less than half the speed limit? I don't even want to make a point right now, I just want to know if you guys are catching that.
@@RussOlson-pl3kf looked like when cammer was first raging (before brake checks) the lexus was keeping a safe distance behind the car in front of it. cammer got mad at lexus for not tailgating like he probably would have.
@@alquinn8576 Just asking you a straight yes or no question here because this is blowing my mind. You honestly aren't seeing how slowly the van is going? Like watch how far the rest of traffic absolutely accelerates away from him. The car ahead of him becomes hundreds of feet ahead within the first few seconds. The van is almost not even accelerating then he remains doing like half the speed limit. You really don't see all that?
Like if you pause at 2:30 look how far away the rest of traffic is.
everything was clearly happening in front of him. remove his permit for three months and send him to a driving revision class
5:16 definitely a huge lawsuit for that cars manufacturer that seat should not have failed like that
What if the car was 20 years old, not maintained properly, and the occupant was over 300 lbs?
Seat was in the reclined position before the crash.
That's all you got from this clip? Cars, let alone seats, were not designed for impact at 60+ mph & the person hitting him went faster than that.
@@VaporheadATC lol head rests for whiplash prevention have been standard since 04 and common since the early 90s. Other than extreme rust that seat should not fail. There’s no proper maintenance for a seat structure other that rust. That car didn’t look that old. I believe newer cars are less safe because of less experienced engineers designing systems as well as constant cost saving methods used by manufacturers. For example using a thinner metal or poorer grades. Most seats are rated for 300lbs common most designs are tested to 1.5+x the rated capacity. They should be able to withstand the high G force of an impact and secondary impacts. I wouldn’t buy anything made past 2016 or so.
@@artic9514 Do you have some sort of engineering degree in automotive safety, or is everything you are talking about is just your useless opinion?
#3. Dude had a "Ninja" tee...if I were him, I would change my mind and not fight him too.😂
5:16 that was hard to even watch! Prayers for the gentleman involved 🙏
Prayers won't help. His back is still fucked lady.
What will that do for him? People saying the most ridiculous things for attention these days.
1:02 #3 Cammer needs to stop lying and turn off the high beams.
2:54 people who keep following brake checkers closely are their own worst enemy.
yeah, there was probably a connection between the riding of the ass and the brake checking.
0:35 oh no, he has a case of terminal lead poisoning.
Castle doctrine. Pretty much breaking and entering once you break the plane. At least in My state.
#6 2:20 Cammer is unaware that tailgating annoys people and is dangerous. Besides, it's bumper-to-bumper traffic: where is the cammer hoping to go? The guys in the SUV was an idiot as well, of course, but this never would have happened if cammer wasn't so pointlessly rushing.
#12 5:32 I hate it when folks with cams make no effort to give their contact to accident victims. This guy was inconvenienced for less than 2 mins, and could have at least offered contacts in that time. Same at 7:59
Also, SMH could stand for "So much haste."

Do you just not know perspective gets funky on camera?
@@RussOlson-pl3kf Time his gap; it's way too short.
@@telemantid You called it bumper to bumper traffic but it isn't. The rest of traffic accelerates away. The Lexus is doing like half the speed of everyone else. Do you dispute that?
@@RussOlson-pl3kf It was heavy traffic. He slowed down because of the impatient guy behind him, who could have easily passed him, for that matter. SUV is the idiot; our cammer is a poor driver.
@@telemantid Look I have a really short version of this because I've gotten fatigued over this video.
I'm law enforcement and showed this to a room of people I work with. No one thinks the camera car is at fault in any appreciable way. I know you're not going to immediately believe me but I'm easy to locate.
Unbelievable how some people lose control over minor incidents. Road rage is real!

You need to listen to Amish Paradise. Weird Al knew the real ones were out there
