With the fight scenes being removed, There is something so funny about seeing all these guys talk shit, then immediately after they're laying on the ground after getting their ass kicked!
It is rather funny, isn't it? lol Although, I can see why the fights were cut: For purposes of pacing.

Love the ending. Darkseid in the Netherrealm and Shao Kahn in the Phantom Zone. Classic.
You know what i like from MK vs DC? Kano and Sonya, both rivalries, working together.
scorpion is so lucky. He got to ride in the batmobile, even though he was too unconscious to be aware of it.

I feel like Johnny Cage, Cyborg, Syndel, Green Arrow, Cyrax, Aquaman, Stryker, and General Zod should have been in this game. Also, Solomon Grundy, Goro, Doomsday, and Kintaro could have been great bosses.
They might have been via DLC, if Midway hadn't gone bankrupt and cancelled plans for DLC as a result.
if i had a say, id go with... Cyrax & Sektor, as well as Doomsday & Cyborg
if they were in it, then i'd be satisfied, but the rest you mentioned, ehhh they dont really do anything for me

True a lot of inconsistencies but It was a symbolic nod. If you notice after this game was made MORTAL KOMBAT and INJUSTICE completely re-incarnated their universes. So Those games make up for what this one Lacks...Besides the gameplay was pretty awesome.

Not possible. The character roster would be incredibly massive. More than the console could handle. I doubt even the Xbox One and PS4 could do it.

I just love how they collided both universes together to make one UNIQUE story from two different perspectives. One of my favourite fighting games!!!
Agreed. I really don't understand why so many people disliked this game, other than there being no blood and gore, which seemed to be the most-common complaint. Tossing that aside, I don't see what's so bad about it.
Due to several team ups it’s quite possible that Kitana was sent with Baraka to deal with Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel and successfully defeated them.
If we remember this pattern
Joker and Deathstroke defeated Kano and Sonya
Shang Tsung and Liu Kang defeated Superman and Green Lantern
Lex and Catwoman defeated Scorpion and Sub-Zero
Although only Liu Kang, Kano, and Joker got consumed by the rage.
So if they had let us do the chapter where we got to play as either Kitana or Baraka, we would have figured out what happened from their standpoint
This game has a good story, good character interactions, I think there are some really dumb thinks in this game like the “Kombat rage” and dark-kahn monster, I would’ve liked to see darkseid and shao kahn have some fun conversations. I also would’ve liked to see the heroes of both worlds against the villains of both worlds.

That's kinda how the [admittedly-weak] story of this game goes.
The powers of each character are in *flux*. They are chaotically changing so that in one moment, characters that you normally think would stand no chance against evidently mightier opponents...suddenly do have a chance.

To be honest, Johnny Cage would've been great in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. IDK why he wasn't part of the game. (Kung Lao would've been great, too).
You know, Kung Lao was ment to be a DLC character, along side Quan Chi, Harley Quinn, and Doomsday.

both were made in the same year and marvel was not necessarily the giant it is today

i think this was funny, every time a villain or the guy you fight is all pumped and ready, then the next scene they are laying flat on their faces
It makes the game's story line a lot clearer because there is no battles you have to go through it just skips to all the game's good parts
Not everyone felt the same, apparently. Quite a few people wondered why the fights were cut out. I tried to explain to them it speeds up the pacing that way.

It's a pretty good game I guess, but I feel sad seeing the Mortal Kombat characters being so wimpy. It's sad that everything has to be more about catch phrases and being "cool" than brutal fighting just because DC has a say in it.
Seeing the MK dudes and dudettes fight without blood, gore or any brutality makes me feel like I'm watching a Sims 3 video of a couple fighting.
