bravia would definitely win in really bright HDR, but if you're putting this in a light controlled room I'd say OLED still wins due to micro contrast no matter how good the mini led is.
@@Accuaro It is very interesting to see an OLED next to a Mini LED TV. If the scene is low to medium bright, the OLED looks way more vibrant. When the scene changes to very bright, the OLED stays the same and the Mini LED is making you almost blind. If you're watching a lot of SDR content like sports and TV in general and you do some casual SDR gaming like Nintendo Switch, Go and get the Bravia 9. If you're into HDR gaming and love to watch high quality HDR movies mostly at night or controlled light, go and get the OLED (A95L or G4).
Congratulations! Super excited to see it. The one thing I'd be super interested in your opinion on is how the backlight keeps up with what's on screen. I've seen other people with Bravia 9's say that if scenes go quickly from dark to bright or there are quick camera movements, the backlight takes a couple seconds to catch up, in and out of game mode. That'd be the one thing that would drive me crazy on a TV that otherwise sounds amazing.
Right on bro. Take your time and undress her though I wish she had an 85" waistline. I would like to the the bright room and reflection handling. Also the out of the box performance (without adjustments/calibration). Bless, good to see your travels were safe. Stay up!!
TKK, i wish you doing good. Congratz with a brand new TV. Remain blessed! I request a detailed video or videos in which you are discussing the following points: - PS5 experience. (FPS games regarding brightness, smoothness, colors). - PC Experiences (Especially; Text Clarity) - your experience with movies on Sony Core Pictures and Netflix or other streams. Especially the movies with HDR like Dolby Vision, HDR10. You can take the soundquality with you in the review. - Userinterface (smooth, fast and simple or too much info?) I like simplicity. - high speed video's. How is the motion? Fast and smooth or slowpase flickering - still on 2x HDMI 2.1 on TV - Functionalities: Upscaling to 4K. Does that start automatic or should we activate it through a menu? - On the A95L i saw Calman Bravia application. After a research i understood that this application gives us the ability to setup colors of the TV. Is that really necessary on these Sony TV's. Thanks in Advance for taking us in this new era of TV's. The miniled era.
Congratulations on your new tv , I already have a jvc 8k projector, I am looking forward to picking up the Panasonic z95A for the bedroom just waiting on the price and release date. I really would love to see how the bravia 9 stacks up against z95A.
Looking forward to you showing off this TV. Doing some PC gaming, testing out game mode and the 120Hz VRR and that all functions correctly. Maybe some comparisons with your OLEDs.
I’ve also been watching batman tas. Such a good show. I’d just be curious to hear what you have to say after spending a few days with it after owning nothing but oleds for awhile.
King of led tv in da house🔥🔥🔥 Please let us know what you thing about this tv,brightness, colours, black level and shadow details in dark room, grettings from uk bro✌️
Probably going to buy around Prime day, either a95l or xr90 in 65". Would like to see comparison in dimmed room, but not dark. Have Philips Hue and usually watch/game with ceiling light set to Rest or Natural light.
Disappointed the bravia 7 seems to be not as good as the x95L, i knew there must have been something going on its price at release is a good bit lower . Just wish i could afford the 9 but only 75 and 85 inch available in Scotland
Unrelated I know. But hoping you can point me to how to wire up a volume knob for a sub panel on a Vewlix? I have no idea where to or how to hook this up. Thanks man
@@AllAboutTKKI was hoping to do a sub panel on the top as I might want to wire in some buttons for PlayStation support one day (for now just running two pcs)
I waited till Sony announced the 2024 lineup...but I ended up deciding on getting a 85" Z9K since I was upgradingfrom a 75" Z8H so I know its really going to be brighter and I have 3 HDMI 2.1 and built in 85w watt audio (I dont use my sound system all the time)...so in a way for me its still better thana Bravia 9. But I really am interested for a review comparison

Happy people soon forget negative stuff that happen in the day, or treat it as an fun experience eg spilt coffee on dress shirt , still changed got to meeting, ha what a win :) Our Man here had some bad luck with his Samsungs, a downer for sure, but he handled it like a pro. in the end all seemed to come good Many people can only afford a B7 last years C3 - still great TVs and I wish the are really happy. @@nimblegoat Lol I must have really hit a nerve judging by your reaction and long winded reply heheheh.😉 You probably bought an Oled recently expecting it to be the bees knees and now you're butthurt since the B9 easily crushes all of the 2024 Oleds.🤣
It's a start man the technology is impressive, for a MINI LED. that said theres not much content that hits 4,000 nits, this TV is what they will improve on in the next iterations for 2025-2030, they will likely get extremely close to OLED eventually
@@Forestwidow I just don't see mini led getting better unless they do something drastically different akin to samsung adding quantum dots to OLED or apple trying out tandem OLED screens on their latest ipads. What more can we do with mini led? There are just laws of physics that can't be broken to further improve it imo when you have to rely on a backlight. Samsungs microleds are still so far off from consumer affordability and it's still not that great when compared to the highest end OLED models. I know sharp is developing another type of display called QDEL that could bring the best of all worlds together, but I doubt a company as small as sharp could lead that revolution unless Sony/Samsung/LG does it first.
A95L vs Bravia 9 😎
That’s the main question lol

We already know it's got inferior gaming.
Fuck gaming.
Ordered mine last week and bought the Bravia theater 9, was going LG but decided to go with this mini LED over a OLED
as nice as mini led is, it still can't beat the micro contrast OLED excels at, A95L still reign king over the rest (maybe other than the G4)

Bravia 9 vs G4. Would like to know if game mode acts different than cinema mode in local dimming

G4 smokes B9 in gaming. Hands down, period.
