    2:50 what if you arent at peace w yourselt. what if nothing is going your way and each day only gets worse. youre facing problems after problems and youre on the verge of giving up. you failed in completing your one n only goal, somethiny that you put your 100% towards, both youre mind and emotions are telling you to give up. how do you win in this situation?

      Idk if I can speak on this but problems are apart of life, you’re going to need to find a way to overcome them regardless. Your mind is a strong place and humans are positive creatures, you just gotta keep trying, and as the video says you can’t let your emotions influence you too much

      @drypasta We are going to have to start small again. Then we are going to train our discipline and willpower with small insignificant things, such as sorting out your clothes or cleaning you chair or washing all the plates right after breakfast. We are also going to train out willpower with delayed gratification and completely reducing the instant(bad) habits. We are lastly going to start improving our mental health and become 100%responsible for everything in our lives (ofc ask for help as your still being responsible, this is a skill so you won’t be perfect unless you keep leveling it up, ofc if something you couldn’t control at all happens then doesn’t blame yourself)
      And now we are going to continue from this to the future!
      This is exactly what I’ve been doing and I feel quite happy.
