Streaming DJI Fly into ATAK

Does TAK host the rtmp stream or do you have an rtmp server?

Let's say there is two modes:
1) Oflline - where you have all the maps etc downloaded...
2) Local/Internet connection - you connect it trough ATAK servers or trough offline router that function as connection between devices...
