COWAN!!! LMAO @ the dude filming for worldstar comment. Looking forward to trying out this temple index magic next time I get to the range. Definitely need to get into one of the vehicle classes.
Looks like a great course, I'm glad you come to Florida! Just a friendly tip also. You should consider some form of respiratory protection during the drill. A small amount of glass dust particles can get in your lungs and reek havoc. Multiplied by how many times you do the class through the years. That's from 20yrs as a South Florida firefighter cutting on cars. Can't wait to meet you in a class!
Not sure I heard you right, but in a vehicle course I shot this month, with 9mm ball ammo shot from inside the car though the front windshield went higher than my point of aim with my red dot site on the first shot, then second shot went right where I was aiming cause I shot though the first hole. Thought I heard you say it was the opposite.
Aaron always stresses bystander safety the drills are for close compression vehicular engagement with defensive rounds life is precious this class teaches people how to preserve life when it is threatened.
What about seat belt hang up cuz that happen sometimes .Work as a highly mobile bodyguard /driver .Very good points see not only thought but experience in your drills .Do you do close protection courses ?.
Coll video! I would like to see a video about transitioning from water to land. Information like draining the rifle of any water...etc ... also engaging threats while coming out of the water. Thanks!
Awesome class!! That looked like a very detailed course with great information and it looked fucken fun as shit!!! Great video I'll definitely be checking out more of y'alls stuff.🔫🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻
This probably isn't a really requested topic but have you ever thought of doing a video on "one handed" techniques only? I ask this simply because I only have my right hand to work with. My entire left arm is paralyzed due to a motorcycle accident from about 4 years ago.
Hi good day I'm a fan of your channel watch you videos a lot let me think outside the box with defences purposes I'm from Jamaica I'm waiting for my FLA approve to carry cut to the matter Tuesday me and two friends was travelling home we stop at a stop light two guy ran across the road but as they was about to passed our car they turn quickly and attack my friend which was in the front I was at the back seat my other friend was the driver and a license firearm holder couldn't shoot his weapon because another car was at the back stop do you have any advice can help out
Sorry to bust your balls. Engineer so bear with me... Bullets fired through angled glass would deflect towards the path of least resistance. e.g. they drift up when fired through a windscreen from the inside of a vehicle. This is because to conserve their momentum, the projectile must travel through the thinnest amount of glass. If the bullets were to deflect down into the angle of the glass, they would be traveling through measurably more resistant material and would thus violate Newtons first law of momentum. It is science. Cold, consistent, and reproducible.
I think they get locked into the deflection caused when shooting through the front of the windshield. Most initial training is shooting from an assaulter position. I've been an LEO weapon instructor for 17 years. All of the initial training I was exposed to was from the outside of the vehicle shooting into it. Deflection only really occurs through the laminated windshield, not through the tempered safety glass. The deflection is reversed depending on whether or not you're firing from the inside of the vehicle windshield or from the outside of the car into it. Outside in, deflection is down. Inside out, deflection is upward.
why do this classes never stress bystander safety......this is going to turn out badly for many civilians at a crowded redlight or junction........law enforcement always stress bystander safety....public safety....
Rolling thunder there are numerous drills and scenarios Throughout the class that do just that. Keep in mind this is a 20 min video from a 16 hour course. Not everything makes it in and the video isn't intended to teach anything.
I could listen to this guy all day. He presents his material as clearly as he can speak, which is impressively fast.
Such a wealth of information for free. You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar.

Great content with a very good instructor. I've heard nothing but good things about Aaron. I hope I can make it out to a class in the near future.

your windshield ballistics information is backwards
Wisest thing I've heard in a long time." Bad guys train self-defense just like we do."
Hahaha! ..."You've got some guy filming for Worldstar". Nice one, Aaron!
Great information and course preview. Thanks for putting it out there.

Totally awesome:-) thanks and blessings
Is there a name for those moving targets?
Man that looks like fun!
In a way it sounds like Matt Damon giving the safety brief.
Seems very similar to some of the classes you get when you work for DoS
where does this take place Open classes?
We have a few dates up on the calendar, you can check locations on the website. Yes, unless otherwise noted it's open enrollment
SageDynamics cool thanks man you do An Excellent job
i had to subscribe cuz mrgunsandgear said I should.
“Strong sedatives to his body” hahaha
And 00:39 is exactly why you should use soft loops XD XD
A good way to remember to wear your ear pro is to shoot a .357 SIG from inside a compact car with all but one the windows rolled up...
lol this guy is hella cool
temple index, FTW!
Haha.. 45 will blow a hole in the world...
Is that guy really wearing a plate carrier tshirt? It doesn't get anymore gay than that haha
***** I thought it was a funny shirt .
4jai2brons0n Agreed - Ya gotta have some fun with this stuff. Dealing in life or death - serious stuff. T-shirt humor is all good.
yeah it's a fun shirt. Especially for a class. Your humor switch is broken.

He addresses that when he talks about temple index?
