Try out my recipe for some awesome baby back ribs that are Korean BBQ inspired easily done in the oven no grill! These ribs are sweet, spicy, and addicting! So tender they come right off the bone!
Ingredients List:
1/4 cup gochujang (red chili paste)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. mirin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp soy bean paste
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 x slab baby back ribs
*Important! Save drippings from the ribs!

Looks mashita! We will try it tomorrow with venison ribs. But the first time we use apple cider vinegar, bbq dry rub, apple juice and bbq sauce. Then use the insta pot and then possibly grill for 5min. Then next time time try Korean style!! My wife is Korean

Do you have to use the butcher paper?
You don't have to but it makes your life much easier.
