I never expected that so many people would watch my videos and use my website - over 50,000 a day from 200 countries! I love all the positive feedback but I simply can't keep up with the questions any more. I did my best up until now but the numbers keep growing and I just can’t do it.
I never did this for money. I did it for my love of cooking and I just wanted to share my recipes. I've addressed the most commonly asked questions in the FAQs on my website: www.JennyCanCook.com so please go there for answers - and lots more recipes. There are no ads on my website. Thank you for understanding.

Dear Jenny. I'm really sorry but i need to say the truth, i'm sorry if my comment is too long. Well, my mother is british, my father italian, everyone in my family cooking like the top of the top, many of my friends are michelin premied chef in all Europe. I'm sorry but as European and with my background i'm always a little bit scared by USA cuisine, because it's rough, elementary, too much processed and distant than proper high cuisine. BUT you changed my mind! I've tested this recipe and it's crazy, it's wonderful, it's great! I don't know how to say thank you because it's probably one of the best recipe found in my life, it's perfect! The meat softness, the humidity, the tenderness is spectacular! Thank you thnk you thank you!
    Great job!

I like that Jenny is honest and doesn't re-shoot taking off the membrane. It didn't come off perfectly, so she kept going and showed that sometimes you just adjust. This is the kind of cooking series I like to watch because I know the person in the video isn't trying to make the steps seem entirely effortless. Integrity really impresses me.

Of all the accomplishments in Jenny's file one of them I won't say she could have been is a teacher. She IS a teacher.
And I'll just bet you that anyone who's worked beside Jenny, whether in an office or in media work, you'll find a lot of ppl who will say, "she taught me how to do that.".
Teachers are the difference between the ignorance of wild beasts and the cultivation of all human history and civilization.
I don't know if it's natural born in Jenny and others. Or if it's from the environment she lived in as a child.
Jenny teaches. And dispenses knowledge with a lot of laughter while doing it.
      She's also very bossy!

I agree with Jenny on cutting off the excess fat. The ribs have natural fat marbling throughout the meat. Plus, the meat is cooked with the bone which provides moisture & flavor. Those ribs looked great. Let’s eat!

I use my own seasonings & sauce, but THIS oven baked technique is full proof! I LOVE IT! At times I would put them on the grill - indirect heat in a grill basket as she suggested. BOOM! Thank you, Jenny!

Great ribs recipe .... thank you for posting. I've been cooking ribs for years and here is what i do: I put my rib rub on the ribs (a nice healthy coating; rub on bot sides) wrap the entire rack(s) in an oven baking saran wrap and wrap them again with aluminum foil ...... place in the refrigerator overnight to marinate ...... the next day ..... preheat oven 300* and slow cook for 3.5 - 4 hours. Let stand before removing the wrapping for about 15-20 minutes ...... turn on broiler ...... baste with BBQ sauce .......Thomas Sauce is awesome ....... then broil for 3 minutes on each side ...... fall off the bone delicious .......! Bon Appetit
Don't forget some nice jazz and a nice bottle of vino ......
Loved your show when I wasn't touring and will check out website for other recipes ....... All the very best and God Bless ....

I use bone sucking sauce seasoning for my ribs but do everything else like her. Specifically cutting them individually, coating all sides, putting them face down and putting them in the oven for the same time and all. People have said it's the best ribs they ever had. As long as they are baby back ribs they literally fall off the bone when I pick them up it's amazing.

another way would be to soak some wood chips. after a good soak, wrap some chips in a foik pouch and poke a few holes in it. place the pouch in the rib pan and cover like she does in the video. the chips will heat up and smoke and the smoke will stay trapped in the pan with the ribs and impart a smoky flavor.
