      My weight is also around 47 to 48kg.
      How can i reach 60kg to 65kg
      Note : i do 9 to 5 job thats why its quit difficult to follow
      Apart from that
      In morning i take homemade gainer which is roughly 500cal and 1 roti
      In lunch (at office)
      Homemade = 400 cal
      In dinner
      Homemade = 400 cal
      Protein powder shake = 200 cal
      Thats its
      Total = only 1800 to 2000 cal

    I have seen this video and I am very impressed with it but my friends live in Pakistan where the weather is going to be hot now so can I use these things like peanut butter.     A small tip. Make peanut butter at home because the market peanut butter contains salt and as per Ayurveda, milk and salt together are not right.

      Mai quantities thoda kaam karke liya hai .but uske sath aur bhi bohot kuch extra add bhi ki hai. mai 3 tablespoon oats ,250 ml dudh, 1 teaspoon cocoa,1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon 5 types of badam powder,25 kismis,10 dates , 1 tablespoon homemade protine powder , 1 teaspoon honey or jaggery or brown sugar.

    Agreed Bananas with Milk is not a very bright combo
    But Peanut butter with milk doesn't seems very nice either, Being salt present in it.

    Was waiting for long time for someone to address the milk and banana issue, every UA-camr use banana but it is not advised to use them together.

    Can we add protein powder? 1 to 2 tsbp?
