Kayla Combs their jeans are definitely worth it! I suggest investing in a pair of jeans. They last forever and can be worn over and over without losing shape. I love mine! They’re sooo comfy as well

Brandy Schoen you send them your clothes and they give you pennies for the ones they keep. Even as store credit. I’m not a fan.
There are some really great high end brands on the site for gently used prices, i would still check it out!
Cakeyx Cakey yes! they literally give you nothing for trendy name brands and turn around and sell it for hella profit. I’ve also heard of them taking the items they’re supposed to donate and selling them in those random boxes

Lauren Rady i love madewell! I’m a size XS/Small in them. They run pretty large. And their jeans are my FAV. Such good quality!! You can get a few wears out of them without washing them and they don’t eat baggy. Plus they have a student discount if you have a student ID!

I'm so jealous of your body type. I'm also a 'bigger' girl but I have a rectangle shape so it's hard for me to find somewhat flattering clothes. I've lost 15 lbs in the last 2 months so I'm hoping that I'll be able to find more flattering pieces of clothing on me once my weight goes down a bit more. I love the skater skirt and tight shirt combo but I don't think it works well for me :/

Hey I’m an up comité designer and I love to work with scuba a lot as well because I believe it’s such a great fabric it actually hides a lot and conforms well to the body if you ever want something costume made send over your measurements I would love to design something for you

One of my favorite things to do with my best friend is go to the thrift stores in really nice neighborhoods because we always find such nice stuff for really low prices. Especially the old school stuff. I can’t wait to tell her about this 🙌🏾
I wish we had more of a choice in my area of thrift stores- in "nicer" neighborhoods. They only have them in the larger cities (which are all small in Maine) and they either get picked over real quick or they just don't have the best stuff. The wealthier people are pretty spread out all over around these parts. I think it would be so much fun to do what you do and make a day of it.

Madewell is my favorite brand! 100% recommend! It’s owned by J. Crew so yes it is pricey but the quality it amazing. I’m not plus size tho so keep that in mind.

I wouldn't cut that scuba skirt or if you do, I'd take it to someone to have them do it. Cause of the way scuba material is, I feel like it would probably roll up weird at the edge or fray. I never have any luck finding anything on ThredUp...Lol I don't know if it's just because I'm a very common size or their inventory just doesn't have anything I like.

Sarahhhhh!!! I love all these dresses on you. They really extenuate your curves and flatter your shape! Absolute favorite is the purplish colored body suite with that wicked scuba skirt, yes I need in my life!
I’ve used Thredup, but they are kinda pricey. You should try Schoola. It’s the same idea, but they always have huge sales.
They are a little high in price but Marlena’s Stell line of clothing has an awesome black pencil skirt.
You look so much better in clothes that fit and flatter your figure instead of that cheap crap from Fashion Nova. I realize your style runs the gamut but when you wear quality pieces your style really elevates.
