- Reviewing the new AK Interactive Real Colors acrylic paint markers. I test painting on some tank stowage, Gundam rifle, star trek part and a bit of a partwork model for good measure. In my opinion a very nice product for the right person and purpose.

DHL has mine ready to deliver when I get home from vacation. So excited to try these out. The gunmetal turned out exactly how I imagined. I only got the AFV sets but I did get matching lacquer paints to go with the markers. I see these being great for touch up and weathering. Side note, Uncle Night Shift's code works on AKs site as well so people can save money if they buy direct as well. Thanks for the video Ian.

@@PitstainHobbies I just bought these from AK with Uncle Night Shift's code for 75 Euro shipped to the US. The code I used was NIGHTSHIFT958. But I think it changes from video to video he does.

LOL, happy to help, nothing you can't do with a brush but they are convenient.
I don’t really see the advantage to brush painting yet…
@hacheyp I think this is more about convenience and speed.
You will want to try them. I got my set from Jadlam. I used paint pens for accessories before, which saves a lot of hassle setting up and cleaning the airbrushes and wet palettes, etc. Enamel washes work great with them. They dry very fast and don't pull off paint when you go over the layers like brushing would. They are just another fine detailing product.
