I'm always getting asked how do I hit my protein goals? It's honestly not that difficult, here are loads of different food ideas for you to try.
How much you should aim for a day will depend on your weight, your goals etc. You can find calculators on google that'll help, or start with around 1.2g per kg of weight and see how you go.

Nikki, white chocolate salted peanut is absolutely the best flavour. My Tesco delivery this week sent a birthday cake flavour bar, the disappointment stayed with me for a good few hours!! I bought some eat lean cheese and 100g for 169kcal has 37g of protein!!! I've never used protein water flavouring I'm going to give that a try. Your video is a good reminder of the importance sometimes you can slip and gran some cereal such as shredded wheat and find yourself hungry very quickly afterwards xx

Thank you for sharing...great protein ideas and not a great price ...all pretty much affordable... I am completely off track from SW...I've put back two stone....so frustrated and upset since loosing my sister. I am comfort eating so much....know I am doing it ...just need help. X
