Please, do your research before you buy from these links. Not blaming Molly and her editor, I’m sure there is some program to plug these in and they haven’t checked each one. The first link I tried had the chocolate bar at over $27! I tried some other links that were expensive as well. However, when I searched the chocolate bar on my own, you can get it at Walmart for under $5.
What’s up with that?
This was really interesting to watch from the UK, some of those snacks and brands also exist here (and I've tried Tony's Chocolonely before and loved it too!) but also lots of them don't exist over here.
On a separate note for others in the comment section, please remember that if your body can handle gluten then it's not necessarily "healthier" to switch to gluten-free products! It's awesome that there's such a variety around for people who do need gluten-free foods. But remember that often the gluten has a functional role in making the food turn out how we expect - like in bread it's key to that familiar texture - so alternatives have to sub in a variety of other ingredients to approximate the same result, and some of those ingredients might be more "unhealthy" by your individual standards. If it's something that matters to you, please dig into the details beyond just the surface level of "oh it's gluten-free that must mean it's healthy!"
I want to eat at least slightly healthier, but salty carbs are my Kryptonite. Like you know you shouldn't buy them because you shouldn't eat them, and they'll be gone in 2 days; but if you don't, then you're mad that you don't have any. Some of these may help.
Saltines crushed up in milk was something by granddad used to eat, and now I eat it when I miss him.
Cup 4 Cup flour is the best gluten free flour also maybe try whey low it tastes like sugar but it’s a low calorie and doesn’t affect the blood sugar.

Wasabi peas are some of my absolute favourite snacks ever! I always pick up a large packet when I’m in Aldi. So so good.

I'm drinking Kombucha right now. My favorite is Simple Truth organic which is a Kroger brand and I like the raspberry lemon ginger. My favorite tea that I drink everyday is Bigelow Vanilla Carmel Black. It's my source of caffeine since I don't drink coffee. It's sooo good. I'm not a sparklinf water girl, but I love Poppi soda replacements. Cherry Limeade is my favorite Poppi brand!
The Trader Joe's sunflower butter and dark chocolate cup is my personal favorite :)

My favorite nightly snack right now is vanilla yogurt with mini M&M's sprinkled over the top. I get a big 32-ounce tub of vanilla yogurt and a big bag of mini M&M's instead of buying those little single serving yogurts, so im saving money too!
Molly, if you can, get your hands on some Tim's Cascade kettle style chips. They are SO good. Manufactured in Washington State. The Hawaiian Sweet Maui Onion is my fave but they have a good variety too.

I love PC brand Teas....Chocolate Chai and for the mint I love Moroccan mint. So good. The Bengal spice I adore too.

I love finding new snacks and drinks! I've added dark chocolate Reese's (since we don't have Trader Joe's here in Canada) and the bengal spice tea to my grocery order for next week :) I love sparkling water so I've been wanting to try Spindrift since you first mentioned it, but I can't find anywhere nearby that sells it!

Tony's Chocolonely is great. I loved the mint chocolate they did at Christmas.
A lot of these snacks I can't get in the UK. I am a big applesauce fan, and I love olives (the garlic stuffed ones I can get mostly come with feta cubes). I'm definitely going to try Hippeas though. I can easily get those.
Kettle chips are great too. Sea salt and crushed black peppercorns is my favourite flavour of those.
Twinings used to do a chamomile and spiced apple tea and it was lovely, but they don't do it here any more and I'm sad.
I love smooth ranch cashews for a light snack!

If you've never tried to Trader Joe's individual packs of snacking almonds or the Oh Snap brand of individually packed pickles you should. They're some of my favorite to have on hand. Additionally Grillo's pickles are my favorite fridge style pickles. Also the Sriracha Blue Diamond almonds are my favorite snacking almonds haha. Also you need to try the Humm brand low sugar/ keto kombucha - LOVE it. Also if you want a super probiotic dairy free alternative to sour cream - try the Coconut Cult original unsweetened probiotic yogurt.
Tonys with almond and honey is my favorite.

I will not drink a sparkling water unless it’s spindrift.. I do not like sparkling water at all but there is something so different about these 😭

Ahhh the Cali Red. I LOVE it! It's one of the best red wines I've tasted. I am moving to a new house and am packing. For some reason I have found 3 empty bottles of it! lol It's a great red wine!!!!
Note to add: I've done a LOT of wine tasting and wine socials... Both local and.... not local. lol. Cali Red tops all of them for some reason. It's my go-to at my local store for wine!

I have noticed that some youtubers have unboxing videos where their subscribers send them in various chocolates and snacks from the Countries where the subcribers live . I am thinking it would be a great ways to try different things . It seems chocolate from the UK is for example than chocolate in the US

I've been trying to get people onto spindrift for SO MANY years. (Although I only really like the citrus-y ones.) I'm like, why are you all drinking la croix, or those other 0 calorie sparkling water? Yes, spindrift has actual calories, because it uses actual fruit in it. But it's still minimal, and way less artificial.

Also (from their website): And in case you haven't noticed, the bottom of our bars represents the Equator. The chunks above are the Gulf of Guinea. Then from left to right you have Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo and Benin (terribly politically incorrect, we know, but we had to combine them to create enough space for a hazelnut), Nigeria and part of Cameroon.

Darn gluten and dairy free food must be hard to find
I am in your intro still, and I can honestly say, that I don't like eating. I have ARFID and such a small list of foods that are on my safe list to eat that it isn't even funny. I have food sensitivities to almost everything but meat and more specifically red meats. I also don't like to cook, and I just don't enjoy the disruption to my day that eating causes. So, yeah, not everybody loves to eat. I was always that last person to the table as even a little kid and was always yelling out, Yeah, I am coming, just let me finish....!" I didn't even want to stop what I was doing as a kid to eat, and my family had to make two separate meals for me because I wouldn't eat anything that wasn't on my safe list of foods which was very small even back then.
No surprise I didn't make it through this video. I love your channel and stuff, but I am like that one person is several million that just isn't interested in any of these snacks. I am sure a ton of people are though. Great idea, just not for me!

Her name is spelled Niamh, (Irish spelling) and Molly has explained this many times. It’s just their family dynamic and her mother is also her business partner.
