    Being on Ketovore (mostly Carnivore, though), I eat avocados 🥑 occasionally. I DO eat pickled items like green beans, pickled carrots & cabbage and even started making my own pickled asparagus. I eat beef, lamb, wild salmon, and pork and chicken wings. Love salmon and eat sardines too! I dont know if on Ketovore or Carnivore if Coconut Oil is acceptable or not, but i have been known to use in my hair. Im not doing any fruits yet until at goal weight; which i might add raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. We shall see. I definitely eat eggs. I love making "jammy" eggs...i boil my eggs for exactly 6 min and then put in an ice bath immediately. They are amazing! 😋 So, I do eat most of these items. Ive also lost 24.8 lbs since 7-1-23 🙌

    I just watched a video a few days ago of a woman who is insulin resistant. She was wearing a CGM. She tested the ACV hack. The first day shet ate a weighed out portion of a food that normally spikes insulin. She first checks her starting blood sugar. After eating she checks it again after 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and again at 120 minutes. She then graph charts it.
    The next day she drinks ACV in water before weighing the same portion of the same food. Once again she checks her blood sugar before hand. Eats the food and uses her CGM after 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and again at 120 minutes. Graphs the results again. In comparison the hack did not work. I saw surprised because I had watched a few of your videos that have advised this hack

    Oil. Don't bother. Use ghee or grass fed butter. But the fat! Gasp! You need enough to make a non-stick surface, not completely change your food.
    To get clean oil, its a fortune. To get clean oil you know is clean, you need to make your own. Which, no one is doing.
    Fruits. Just don't bother until your glucose and a1c are under control and you've established a healthy regime. Like lifting some damn weights. Its temporary. I love apples. Don't eat them anymore. Dropped 8 lbs in 6 days cutting fruits and carbs completely out. That's how much inflammation they can cause while you're resistant.
    Beef that you should eat requires a mortgage. Keep it to once a week. Go with chicken and salmon with the occasional tuna. Absolutely no pork if you have a problem with nitrates. Zilch.
    Processed foods. Oooooo. Baaaaad. NO! Mechanicaly separated turkey in turkey bacon is just turkey pulled apart by a machine and formed into a strip. That's it. Will say so in the ingredients. Eat it! High in protein, low in fat/carbs/sugar/calories. Its the package that has words you can't pronounce that is processed thats a no no. Like most vegetarian items. Beyond foods are definitely beyond... beyond meat or veggies.

    • @jamesmcmahonii8433
      @jamesmcmahonii8433 8 місяців тому

      For fruits, if you're taking a good multi supplement, which you should for magnesium and zinc to get those nerves firing, and selenium to keep your pooper small, you don't need to consume fruits until you get under control. A single apple can set an entire week of good eating and healthy habits backwards.
      During elimination testing I tried 1 apple... gained 6 lbs of inflammation in 12 hours. How do I know it was inflammation?
      Well first I couldn't move my arms and everything burned. Second, I took a 5 MG prednisone and lost 2 lbs in 1 hr.
      Just stick to whole veggies and protein for a little while.
      This goes for tomatoes. They are a nightshade. If you are allergic to them, like my wife whose arm feels like it's covered in napalm after touching a nightshade, leave them in the store. Otherwise, moderation. You'll just increase inflammation, making resistance worse.

      I love her knowledge. It is difficult to get away from advertising. It helps pay the bills.

      @williambranham6249 I get that ,but that's where work and creativity must step in as a content creator. Respect people's time. You don't pretend you have new information for the clicks, just to post an ad that you are on a deadline for . I wish her the best.

      No hard feelings if you don’t like my videos! I recreate ones that I get the most positive feedback on and update/switch up the information. All of my social media content is free and in order to keep it this way I work with a handful of brands that I personally use, trust and believe could benefits my community. And I tie them in with videos on related topics. I get asked at least once a day where to buy quality meat/seafood in Australia so my partnership on this video is answering a question I know people have.
      Again, no hard feelings if you don’t like my vibe. I work extremely hard, have business expenses and employees to pay. Providing free content wouldn’t be possible without brand support.
