It's my fav Hound Arya scene they were a recent story lore of an older cagey person forced to care for a reluctant child or the movie Paper Moon classic. Famous Record needle 'screech' then silence when the Hound says 'Fooq the King' hah
I made a fan T-shirt of the talkshow skit of Hounds' Bucket of Chicken Sale, 'It's SO GOOD you'll have to eat every chicken in the ROOM' It was epic acting by the actors for the Hound, Arya and Polliver. Polliver trying to beat his chest arrogant gangster to 2 KILLERS, their cold focused EYES on him the whole scene them pretending 2be civil sitting for a meal then seeing the room activity & being threatened also Arya already had a motive purpose...y'all R ded

your analysis made me realize that this very similar to the big kahuna burger scene in pulp fiction. not exactly the same situation but definitely the same tense feel. Jules even drank the guys drink the same way the hound drinks Pollivers.

Exactly, it would've been a great study material for the same subject. Pulp Fiction has a few more scenes like that if I remember correctly, with the Gimp for instance !

I thought Vargo Hoat was the Goat, not Polliver.
