  • The most basic MMA skills you need to know when you begin your martial arts training! This video was shot in January 2020 after only 5 training sessions to cover the basic STRATEGY in each situation!
Each one of these situations will become infinitely complex as we delve into more detail and start acquiring more skills, but we've found that starting with the BIG PICTURE is very helpful for beginners!
In order to progress faster, we also employ the concept of PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE, so our students learn how to problem-solve in real-time and apply their techniques realistically, while having time to think about what they are doing, and ensuring safety in training!
Featuring famous guitarist and music producer Pierre-Luc Rioux!

    Questions for YOU!
    (1) If you've just begun your martial arts training, is it similar to this, different, and why so? If you are an instructor, do you use some of the same methods?
    (2) What have you learned from this video? Any particular situation, concept or technique you found helpful?
Thanks for letting us know! 🙏

    Hello,

Bon courage. - Patrick
