There's plenty of cheap property in the US Midwest and Southern states. Feel free to look there.
If you were born in Puerto Rico, but lived in the states majority of your life, do you still qualify for the tax exemption when making a business or buying property on the island?
It is best to consult with a lawyer and cpa as we are not qualified to speak on that. However many Puerto Ricans who were born and lived in US mainland, are also benefiting from this while helping out the islands economy. See what is possible for you, it will be a blessing for you and PR as it helps the island is different ways.

Okay let me get this🤔 You said You are Puerto Rican but then you say Puerto Ricans hate if u coming here to take advantage of the incentive? Did I heard right o” am hearing things? Let me school you in the process in case u don’t understand we’re we… BORIKEN stand @ with this lawful law enforcement upon us! So me that I worked 20 Years for the gov don’t get no incentive to wave any taxes to open my business’ but someone that have never lived here comes here and gets all the opportunity that we don’t get☑️🫵🏾 think that’s okay🤔🤷🏼♀️ Right now in United States there’s a similar situation and none Native American are loosing their homes,job’s and loosing their minds cause immigrants are being supported with their taxes and messing the economy! Is what happening over there ok? Let’s stop being a hipócritas wen we have enough problems with this corrupt government to star getting people that only come here to take advantage of other people’s pain and suffering! Enjoy while u can cause we don’t need more messy cultural people looking to impose their beliefs.😇🙏🛖🌞🌻✌🏾🥂
