Ah~~ i'm really blessed! (Ｔ▽Ｔ) Edit : Now that i finished the video, i can wrap my head around greyscale a bit, it's good to determine the light source and it makes coloring somewhat easier but not enough for details and you'll still have coloring to do. Honestly, i never understood greyscale, it always had good results when artists use it but i don't know what specific shades of grey i should use (haha get it :D)
Kinda late on this and not op but if your interested in grayscale, I'd recommend the "10 minutes to better painting" episode on light and shadow.here on UA-cam if you're a fast pace learner like me. If not, Keinan Lafferty (or knkl) for a longer, in depth explanation on how to do grayscale and how to convert it to color. His stuff can get a little off topic tho.
