Just starting out, so while i understand that there's reflected light coming up, I don't get why there's high light under her chin. Anyone care to explain, please ?

Hard to tell, its specific drawing but it may be bounce light cuz usually if theres a light from shadow side it is bounce light or rim light, you can learn more about it in yt tutorials, theres plenty of them
