Hey there. Thanks for the video! I have one question though: Why is it necessary to record empty tracks before the actual recording? And why only on Tracks 2 and 3? nI really want to understand this machine in order to be able to use it the best possible way. Merci and keep on rocking
I believe it's because there's a bug (or massive design flaw) in the RC-600 that prevents it from recording tracks of different lengths and tempo sync simultaneously. If I'm understanding correctly, this is some kind of hack or workaround.
Hey quick question, after recording, why do we keep Loop Sync 'On' on track one? also, I have tried it by keeping it off and the whole set up works fine. So whats the reason to keep the Loop Sync on on Track 1? please do share, thank you.
how to do it? the first track is recorded. I want to record a sound on the second empty track, having heard the first previously recorded track. It is about a simultaneous start
Hello, thanks for sharing! Does this procedure remove complaints RC 600 users complain about so frequently? I mean inconsistence of different loops start/end in the single mode? RC600 Facebook page is full of such complaints ... Thank you and please keep sharing all your experience.
t’s a cumbersome work around but still doesn’t solve the ability to start a loop from the begging at any time. Unfortunately I sold the 600 and had to switch back to the Headrush. Not that I don’t love the looperboard but the 600 size and weight made for a much smaller lighter board. Anyways I’ll be watching the forums and UA-cam for the day they fix some of these issues then hopefully can make the switch.
This one is good as you zoom in for us to see what you are doing, Thanks very much.
Anyway, it seems to work. Thanks so much, before I had a quite cumbersome search , why this can't be fixed.
It’s so cool having this capability on the rc600, still tweaking mine 🙌
Is there a way to do this without pre recording the bar lengths beforehand?
Thx for the explanation.

How do you get that number inside the loop indicator? And why do I have to record empty tracks to prepare everything?
It’s added in the video editing software I think. :)
