Yeah. This whole thing is full of errors, conspiratorial nonsense and stupidity. Too much to detail everything. For one particularly ridiculous example, At 14:00 it states that Gates bought his land holdings in America during Coronavirus when the economy was crashing and people were suffering - stating this to the viewer in a sinister tone - all whilst simultaneously showing the report of the stated land purchase on screen, dated September 2018. Over a year before the pandemic even began.

What kills me is anti-customer policies like frequent forced Windows reboots, dropping legacy hardware support for Windows 11 in favor of locking down the PC software environment under the guise of security.

Kildall had written CP/M and it is generally belived that Paterson had access to the CP/M source code when he wrote DOS. Owning farmlane is a scary one. Its like owning the railroads in Monopoly, where one might be useless on its own, but it multiplies the more you buy. With enough farmland, you can pressure the counties they exist within to do whatever you want. You can have senators aprove extra subsidies for farmers, which everyone is generally onboard with. And you can threaten to withhold food, pushing prices up and causing public distress. It's also a portal to owning water rights, and water is set to become scarcer in the future and more valuable

About power corrupts, I agree. To me, it isn't that power corrupts, power is corruption itself. When you have so many potential, it is not so easy to differentiate stuff. I don't think Bill Gates have any malicious intents nowadays, I think what he advocates for is what he really believes in. The issue is as you said, absolute power, I or you can't match his endavours, so that's a imbalance.
