This is such a bittersweet song for me. This is such a bittersweet song for me. Danny looks and sounds very similar to a cousin that I was really close to as a kid, who I hadn’t seen for 5 years before reconnecting at a family gathering recently. He’s ignored all my attempts at contacting him, and even in person he only barely acknowledges me, when I get to see him at all (which has been like twice since he initially distances himself). Just reminds me of the good old days. Damn, nostalgia hurts
