i think I've figured it out, the reason this podcast is so good is because their alignments play off each other SO well. chaotic good Charlie, chaotic neutral Ted, and chaotic evil Schlatt creates chaotic perfection

57:50 When you fall down a cheese grater, the pointy parts will only face down like they normally do on a cheese grater - so you wont be cut, just bruised a bit and then sanitized. Even if you fall down it with the pointy bits facing upwards, you'll get cut a bit but you aren't being dragged across the grater; you are just falling so you won't suffer intense injuries from the mini blade things. The sanitizer will actually help with your wounds not getting germs in them and stuff I think but don't quote me on that
Getting shot in both of your knees could cause you not to be able to walk for the rest of your life and it could give you permanently crippling injuries depending on where you are shot, how big the bullet is, and how fast you get treatment.

I have to agree with Charlie. I would rather fall down a cheese grater, because you wouldn't hit the cutting part of the grater, that would be if it was flipped upside down. You would just hit a bunch of bumps, and fall into a pool of hand sanitizer.
The worst part would be getting covered in hand sanitizer, and potentially getting it in your eyes and mouth, but that's infinitely better than getting your knees shot out.
