- My two tiered under the sea cake is a combination of many cake techniques that I've already covered on my channel. From ombre buttercream to isomalt coral, plus a few added details like the buttercream shells and piped seaweed, I love this theme of cake and can be suited for any occasion! And of course, no fondant used!
Don't forget to tag me @georgiascake if you try this out yourself!
Enjoy!

I love the way she never paused the video to do something in her own she showed all of the steps great job
Can I use any isomalt brand including crystal? 😅 bc I live in the US and ur link doesn’t have any in stock or by any chance do u know of a good American brand?
thx a lot....it's really magical
This is really pretty and the colors are beautiful together. I always make my cakes with buttercream or whipped cream icing as I am not a fan of fondant either. I made my daughter’s wedding cake which was similar to yours but she requested milk chocolate shells and all white icing. It was pretty and perfect for her wedding on a ship at the beach.
I love your Videos 😍😍😍
