“Play by the rules in other people’s house”. My new mantra. I am 70 years old, since 11 years old I can remember thinking that I hated my body. I loved sugar!! No More!! At 70 I have absolutely no cravings, and I do not even think of eating sugar anymore. Almost like when I quit smoking, 10 years ago, I would never pick up another cigarette today. I honestly think my favorite thing about the way I eat and feel is the word DIET is not in my vocabulary. I’m not on a diet, it’s just my way of eating. Nobody in my immediate family is carnivore and they just don’t get it. I tell them it’s the butter and willpower, and leave it at that. 🙂

Girl, you love that dog. I love the car vlogs and chit chat, I'm not a crafter but I do like patterns on material, etc. I mean, I don't know about other people but I have a little contraption right beside my laptop. When something comes on UA-cam I'm not interested in, I move the mouse and it goes away. It's a miracle!

I moved to carnivore after TDay - I did eat ‘normal’ for Christmas Eve, day and my Mom’s bday. - 100% no cravings!
There is no reason to stray from carnivore on those days.

I've been doing carnivore for almost two years i'm sixty
It has been really slow by the scale. But even when I gained weight one month I still went down a half a pant size
I'm getting into the atophogy and that is making a huge difference
It's still too slow But I'm glad I'm 2 years in. Because it's a huge difference between them and now
You are just human. So understand you don't have to.please everybody. Some will not like some things and others will get a hoot out of it.. keep it real as always. Please.
Being from Maine like you and I. Now live in SW Indiana and I thought I was back in Maine the past 2 weeks. This has been the coldest and snowiest winter we have had for awhile . I was surprised Nashville got more snow than we did here. You are looking so good Darlene. I am in my 70’s and so wish I could had the will power like you. I crave sweets and I don’t sleep good so I snack. Keep up the good work.
I have no willpower. That’s why I’m carnivore. No willpower needed with carnivore because there are no cravings.
You did great with the harness. Now I know how to fix a harness problem. Keep up the carnivore it will work I’ve lost 30 lbs.with 10 more to go. Now I have tried to go back to carbs I just can’t it makes me feel horrible. I’m so glad your on this journey. It for one’s health weight loss is just a benefit. I tried everything. I found it to reverse my type 2 diabetes.
