    Great meal prepping video! Something I struggle with a lot is creating dressings for salads. I would have loved seeing that at the end. Salads can get boring if you are using the same dressing. I would like to see different variations.

    Thank you I would love to see more. Of this. And like a full typical day, like what you would eat all day.

    This is amazing. I've never tried chia seed pudding before but now I feel like I should! Also now I'm considering switching from yellow to red onions.

    Looking forward to making these! Added the ingredients to my online grocery cart. What dressing do you prefer to use for the salad?

    Thank you. My problem is portioning out the serving size. Chia pudding 1 cup? Sometimes dividing it out into smaller containers help me to control eating more than I should. Any advise will be helpful. Signed up for April. Deteremined to stick to this reset. My A1 C is 5.7 but I would like to lower it as I enter my 68th year ! Thanks!

    The canned salmon I have used generally has bones that I remove first. I know they are soft but curious if the brand you use was the same and you just mixed up as is?

    Thank you! I usually gravitate to tuna salad, but you’ve inspired me to try salmon! Would you be able to give more ideas for breakfast meal prep?

    What are your thoughts about the gums added to the milk? Think those are ok for those of us trying to heal leaky gut?

    • @beingbrigid
      @beingbrigid  Рік тому +1

      Generally speaking some gums are tolerated just fine for most people. If you truly do have a leaky gut that has been confirmed in testing then I typically recommend limiting gums until you've healed the gut lining.
