This always happens, I have been working as a software developer for 8 years and there are numerous people who took credit for my work, apart from that, they try to shadow their own mistakes and highlight our minute mistakes. In reality, managers cannot see the difference as Nijo did!

In this pandemic, I got fired because I didn't bow down to the terms of my so-called team leader. But karma was with me, I got hired before my notice period got over, and now my company is looking for someone of my caliber.

I faced this situation for long. Now I am focusing on addition earning through different sources, while being in job. I realised that ultimately job can never be my own.
This happened to me when I was a medical student. So on one occasion I deliberately did a bad job. My work was presented as my supervisors who got into very serious trouble. That is one way to deal with it.
What you should do is look at the youtube video of Robert Kiyosaki's business of the 21st century and get yourself on 3-5 streams of income so no employer can do this to you and you can stand up for yourself.
Work hard and you will reap success ,don't take credit for what you didn't do ..
It never hurts or haunts them... They are the one who thrives in the Industry even if they actually don't know anything...
He is just like my old Manager..Me and my team bought 1.2cr profit in nearly 2 months but my manager took that credit and during client escalations he completely imposed on me.

Someone has posted an interesting video on UA-cam. The story teller is Nijo Jonson and he spoke in Tamil which I don’t understand. But there are English subtitles. I watched the manager taking advantage of the the female stuff by claiming all the credits belonging to the female employees to himself. These cheating carrying on for quite a while until the big boss of the company found out. The big boss gathered the female employees and the manager for a office meeting. The
female employees thought the big boss was going to sack them, but to their surprise, the one who got sacked was the manager. So this story tells us do not take things for granted.

Here, Supervisor opening says that "Put my name in that project", whereas in 99% companies, Supervisor or Manager or any senior person take those projects and mention his own name their. Because in Hierarchy system, we can't directly contact with management, so nobody can knows what is going on as all details kept confidential.

Private and corporate jobs suck, glamorous and lucrative from outside but totally hollow from within.Backbiting,bootlicking etc are common and the ones who can excel in these can sail through. Truly pathetic.A clerical job in government department is far better than these so called elite jobs.The day is not far when these will be saturated and there will be totally no demand for these jobs.Better all processes should become automated from end to end with minimal human intervention.Great video though highlighting the reality and the ordeals of the employees.
Does this work in real environment? I don't think so. 99 Percent of managers above supervisor in any corporate setup will be more crooked in comparison to the supervisor and they are habituated sitting with relaxed mindset and passing the stress downwards the hierarchy.

Esa hi hota h even i got pressurised to complete the project on my week-off then i was there for full day in my cabin and at the end the manager of that company told their seniors that he only completed that and guess what he was actually somewhere else enjoying his holiday and scolding me on phone to complete that shit he haven’t tell my existence in the company the director level officials don’t even know me my name neither my dept.
If that manager had been in Canada he would have had his ass sued for taking other people's works credit. And why are employees afraid of such managers. Whenever you're doing any project have your name signed as source it becomes your work and no one can copy © it.. Example. Source: Abcdefg/company name/Apr 2021. Becomes legal document. Your manager can't do anything about it. Bless you all.
