@@devikabhatnagar Hi Madam,I am following above principles but one problem I am facing.As per my job roles and responsibilities I am working and fulfilling all targets but all other heads of my department or my superior is saying I have to do other department work than I will get appreciation.But my heart is not agreeing to this.Even I raised this concern but no outcome.You please suggest what I have to do in this condition? जीतना झुकोगे उतना आपकी मारेगे । ये सत्य है। आप सच में एक नौकर ही बनने की सलाह दे रहे हो मेरे हिसाब से, शायद में गलत भी हो सकता हूं। चाटुकार हर ऑफिस में हर officer को अच्छे लगते है। लेकिन ऑफिसर वही है जिसको पता हो की ये किसका काम है और ये किसका। ये नही की एक मेहनती है तो उसको मेंटली टॉर्चर करदो।

Whatever we contribute to company they won't consider.. All the achievements will vanish with in a day.. That's fate of pvt or mnc policy... After 10 years of working in a same company laid off me by simply replacing with freshers.

I know this is trend of many private companies that's the reason I always suggest Pvt employees to love your profession than the organisation. If we have good knowledge and stuff we can survive at anywhere. Don't loose confidence.
