Something similar happened to me and I left my job due to my new manager. But then I heard that he did not last long because of problems with his manager who figured out that they got employed the wrong person: they looked at his academic qualifications but not not his teamwork or his ability to do the job.
The boss must listen to both sides. He just stops the lady from explaining.
Not only foolish people but clever people also does the most foolish things I.e. underestimating others and thinking others inferior than them. Don't be foolish or clever,be wise. Being wise is better.

Karma is real, people. There are some indications in terms of numerological aspect that such behaviour like the hero behaved has made him to undergo some karmic circumstances. Avoid taking other people's credits and apply your own effort.
