Corporate culture is actually hollow from inside..And it is a bitter fact...Big companies shine only from outside but the way they treat there employees are really miserable.

There is a mistake here in this video... earlier in the video karun said we are about to close 10M dollar funding in a next couple of hours...then after that the investor girl came and said i came here for interview few days back... so, there is a time gap between both conversations...

1) Vo ladki khud investor hoke interview lene ke naam pe vahaan ka kaam dekhne aayi thi. Tab usko pata chala ki andar kya chalta hai. Isiliye usne last me 'No' boli.
2) Vo ladki financially achi hogi. Lekin job karna chahti thi. Jab boss me reject Kiya to vo investor ban gayi. Aur invest karne ke liye 'No' boli.
We are not suppose to judge people by their clothes other than their hidden potentials and creativity. As we all know what matters at the end of the day is their quality not what they are from outside. As we all know the old saying Do not judge a book by it's cover.

Why the boss is keeping quiet instead of watching his assistant face. He should have been fired and sent out of the company. Every one has right to wear what they wish and u can't demand that u should wear only particular type of clothes then there should a notice reg the same.
There is no notice is the company for such dressing and how can assistant do that there by bringing loss to the company.
Why the boss is keeping quite when his subordinate did not respect the women who came to their office for interview or other matter and why does he control women that they should wear western clothes in the office and traditional clothes are not allowed . This kind of seggragation in wearing cloths will bring bad impression to company . The subordinate has no business to say that traditional clothes are not allowed and only western clothes allowed. This is wrong and the subordinate must sent out of company since because of him the company lost business.
