Back in the late 90's I had the opportunity to visit Tacoma. It was a nice town, and the people were very friendly. Sad to hear that the Citizens of Tacoma are having to deal with these problems.
It is interesting that only Democrat-run cities have these problems.
"Homeless outreach" doesn't reduce crime. Putting criminals in cages and keeping them there, reduces crime.
