In the US we have a chain restaurant called Smashburger and the burgers look just like that. Or, would look just like that, if the Galway bread was more processed and stale, and the Galway patties looked like they had a lot less love and care put into the making them. Also, if those Galway birds are half as lethal their Aberdonian counterparts, you were in a very dangerous situation indeed. Glad you survived.
