Curious question, but not unreasonable. Whilst bullying still exists in all walks of life, including surgical specialties, in the UK, bullying is not tolerated in the NHS. All allegations if bullying is taken very seriously, and we have very clear guidelines of how such allegations should be investigated and implications for perpetrators, if bullying is found to be happening. As such, while reports of bullying in the NHS is regrettably still not zero, it has decreased significantly. I do not know specifically about O&G. Hope this helps/allays your concerns.
How is the work-life balance in the O&G field? Does it make a difference if the trainee is pregnant or is about to?
does maximum bullying occur in the O&G training?is this true?
