"Freaks and Geeks" was well before its time. Nostalgia for the 80's only started occurring in the late 2000's/early 2010's, and would definitely last for several seasons if it were released nowadays.
Wedding Singer…I love the 80s. It was already happening in the late 90s early 2000s. I think. Technology was moving very fast, and culture was evolving, so the 80s looked very very different by the year 2000.

I would love to see a reboot, as long as they have mostly the same cast. There are so many interesting story lines they could do with the older characters. We could see what kind of careers and families they had, maybe have their kids attend McKinley, etc. I’d love to see how Lindsey would handle being a mom of a teenager.
