Omg!! I spent 4 years of my childhood in Turkey and I loved the food so much. I couldn’t wait to go and spend the weekends at my best friend Yesim’s house so I could eat all the delicious meals her mom made.❤❤❤❤

No offense but if this way of eating is so healthy why is this woman overweight? Is it just about moderation? Perhaps she’s eating processed food too? Just curious 🤔

Cuz she's old. And it also depends on yr activity level. Old people tend to be less active, plus have a slower metabolism

Karen here. Unfortunately, cant eat most beans. Intestinal issues. Red lentils are ok. Few tablespoons baked beans. Any ideas?

Beans have anti nutrition, phytic acid and bean defense materials.
We are carnivores, and beans are manmade garbage, no beans in nature. Do npt eat them.
Eat meat. Check out carnivore diet.
